The IC has been a sell from 25.....thankfully I'm a contrarian too!!! Just had the latest div through as well. GLA

They placed them at 210 so the drop seems a bit harsh IMO. At least they've out the divvy up in the last results. GLA

As a momentum play,i'd say its evens. As an income play,it's not got the same appeal hence the drop. GL

Dropped my holding further this morning,like you I feel shafted by them!!

At 9.34am I received an email from investor relations explaining the corporate website was experiencing 'technical issues'.....surely nothing to do with the dividend cut and angry shareholders asking questions?! Fact is they surprised everyone and unfortunately holders took the punishment on a day drop reminiscent of the banks a few years back. The damage is done as I for one voted with my feet with half my holding I've been building up for years and will follow on if we get a bounce with the other half. The lack of clarity on guidance going forwards in my eyes is almost as irritating as matey boy bragging about how good the results are. Hopefully the likes of aviva etc will note this fall in the SP and shareholder discontent and not follow suit with such a huge div cut. They kept raising it in a bad market and now????

Well looks like we've crept up a bit again today mate,not watching too closely unless we hit some bigger numbers. GLA

Looks like we've had a decent day today,who knows mate but a return to the heady days of '09 or whenever it was when my (then) 8p ones bounced off 40.....now that would be a result,particularly if they sustain it on all the positives that seem to be coming together. They seem to be adapting to the changes in the market place and embracing change rather than fighting it. As a paying customer for newspaper advertising it's clear to me that despite the 'everything on the Internet' arguments that flourish,there remains a healthy demand for locals particularly on property and notices etc so in my view we have an interesting combination of a recovery and potentially a growth share as they adapt to new audiences digitally. We also have valuable titles which who knows would probably love to get their mitts on plus some valuable freeholds,okay debts etc but they do seem to have got a grip on the negatives this year....all in my humble opinion etc. GLA

Looks like a typical retrace from the recent meteoric rise. Relieved I skimmed a few off in the early teens but not planning to add unless they dip back around 8. Happy to sit on my base holding plus a few extras for longterm recovery as all the signs are there. As you say the big ones there had buyers as cant imagine any maker sitting on that lot!!! See what happens mate.

that's nearly a tenth of the shares in issue which is clearly over the 3% threshold unless they're bundled up ones and I can't imagine a single rsp/mm wanting to hold that level of stock without moving it on! Thoughts?
