Why are posters saying the placing shares have not been issued or even scrapped. The RNS yesterday indicated that they had been issued. Otherwise Atlas would be still holding 15% not 10%, Also if you go to other stock websites they show that we are now fully diluted. This website generally is a little slow in updating the shares in issue.

We, as in shareholders, have been told that the recovery is on it's way. What's the difference?

This is just guess work obviously, but looking at the volume rate today(ie. slow), if it carries on for the rest of the day, the volume by close could be the lowest since April. This to me suggests that Atlas are either gone or have decided to hold what they have and wait for bigger profits. With regards to the recent placing shares, I still believe they will not sell at a loss, I'm sure they believe the recovery plan will work in their favour, so they will hold or sell just above the 0.7p placing price. Later this week or early next week we may know the answer.

I don't know why they did what they did, so now read my post again from yesterday. You arre obviously trying to twist things and deflect away from the statement I made about you.
All I believe is I'm invested here and I hope the share price will rise. The non-holders here are trying to get people like me to sell so they can get a lower price and then buy-in, simple.

You have done it again Fantasy, stating something is a fact when there is no proof of that fact.
It states that Atlas held 174 mil shares on the 31 May/22 not 06 June 22.

Fantasy.... I still don't follow what you are saying......Fact: Atlas had 174m shares as of 06/06/2022.
The way I read the RNS... on the 31 May/2022 Atlas had 174 mil shares, not 06/06/2022.
The 06 June is the date at which they were notified, so that would mean 2 weeks will have passed since they held 174 mil shares.

I'm not sure what all that meant, but I'm popping out, and I will decipher later on.

I'm still confused about the Atlas shares. The shares that were issued on 31 May were approx 240 mil yet the amount of shares Atlas were holding was 175 mil, so the theory of forward selling appears correct, unless I'm missing something. This Monday it will be two weeks since the issue, so it's possible those shares may no longer be held by Atlas. If this is the case then surely this coming we should be told that they no longer hold the shares or at least they have reduced their holding.
With regards to the other placement of 400 mil, I'm not sure that those who took part would sell at a loss and then try to buy back at a lower share price. This would appear very risky, especially if you were holding a large number of shares, which I would have thought that those who took part would be the majority.
I imagine many people have their own theories, those with more knowledge than me, but what should be certain is the situation with Atlas should become clear either this week or next, because their holding will be automatically reduced as a result of the completed dilution.

Just to clarify, as I'm slightly confused, so correct me if I'm wrong.
1) Atlas will own approx 12% of the company should they be still holding when we are fully diluted, which should be within the coming days.
2) Some one stated that Atlas agreed to hold these shares and vote in favour of the resolutions. I don't recall them saying this. From memory I think they agreed to provide a proxy vote to VAST if they were holding any shares.

Onaplate...I've challenged him, yet he doesn't respond.
I know that he is invested in another stock that is many times worse than this one. Yet he spends more time here being negative, and the points he makes could be made multiple times on his own investment. That tells you all you need to know about Fantasy.

Also many people on here have acknowledged that VAST has not been good in the past., but it appears most think that things are changing. We are now moving into mechanised mining and Atlas has been removed. These two things alone are a good sign of improvement for the better.
