Hi Tony. My point was nowhere in the RNS does it state a specific or limited number. You therefore end up having to assume what the case is rather than anything factual. If they have it on the website statement why not in the RNS????
I have said before, read through the last few years RNSs,. I know the past doesn't necessarily guarantee the future, it does paint a very good picture though.

Shows they are desperate for revenue figures and scraping the bottom of the barrel in my opinion. Wait for the sting in the tail.......it's coming lol

Tony just to be clear. NOWHERE in the RNS does it make it clear. Not sure why they could not have included the content in the RNS to make it clear. Dont be surprised if it turns out like the " strategic partnership " with Enzen, Newcapex, etc etc.

Anyone advise if any of the many MOUs , LOIs , Strategic Partnership Agreements ever came to anything?

Familiar ring, what happened to this one from Dec 2015?

Looks like all to me.

Aim all share Oct 1st 1231 Dec 7th 1051 ......down 11%
Cyan share price Oct 1st 15p Dec 3rd 10p.....down 30%.........nothing indicative and no correlation????

Hi OF. So why is the AIM indices up as are lots of AIM shares? I've just checked my share account and can buy almost as many CC as I want .

Or it could be like lots of other shares it's up because the FTSE is up again to more than 7100.............?

And for anyone new thinking if investing:

Take time to read through ALL the last 5 years RNSs and use as your first research documents.

Ignore the posts from ALL on here and do your own research. It's your money.

Do your own research and get competent advice from a professional.

Don't believe ANYTHING you read on a public board.

Make your own decisions based on the outcomes of the above.

Seriously? So kets get this correct. Because someone else posts after somebody they support them?? Youve got no credence due to some of the stuff you post. Unlike some I'm not losing money gets as I dumped most of my shares prior to consolidation at a profit and reinvested in a Blue Chip, not that it matters. Kept a very small amount bought after consolidation. My guess is you are well underwater due to being sucked in, bet you bought on the two big recent bounces which followed a bigger bounce down? The only way to make any money with Aim shares us to be realistic. When Cyan get significant orders and look profitable I may buy back in. Yes the price will rise on any significant news but believe me will drop back. Balanced portfolio Tony that what gives credence.

Tony, without wanting to stir the mix,are you suggesting there are things being held back in the RNSs? I think the rules around this are quite clear.

Hi BB. I have in the past emailed the company but never even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement letter alone response.
I've said many times before I only act and make decisions based on known facts (RNSs.) the history of the company in the past and the potential upside moving forward. I'm no doubt more risk averse due to the let downs in the past.
Sure you have to determine the content and for me that is 4m USD over the two years,anything else is supposition. Good luck to anyone else who reads it otherwise, I would never dream of leading them one way or the other, I think we're all big enough to make or lose money through our own skill or stupidity :)))

So is it a) ,an exclusive manufacturing licensing agreement in full for 2 years for 4 m USD when they pay each time they manufacture a widget, either a flat 4m and make as many as they want during the 2 year term. Or pay each time they manufacture one? for example 1 USD per unit. ( If we make 50k we will pay you 50k USD)
Or b) a software licensing agreement in addition, for example ,they make a unit for 1 USD and pay an additional licence fee of for example 1USD?
I've based my decisions based on my take on things but as always the devil is in the detail.

Hi Vas , my point is do BI pay a licence fee each time the use a module in addition to the 4m contract value over the two years? If so the contract sum would not be fixed at 4m ,it would be 4m plus licences. As I say just my view.

I think some are missing g the point. BI can use up to the contract value. Now is that unlimited for the two years? I believe so. Only the company can confirm this with a clearer statement. Unless they do otherwise I known could be wrong but that's my personal interpretation. Others may think differently, that's their perogitive.

Hi Bull Bear I considered that. Then thought why would they not out on a more positive spin and say minimum contract value? Still think it's like an all inclusive holiday you pay your money and eat and drink as much as you like! Only my understanding based on the RNS text of course. Great things contracts always open to interpretation lol.
