simon I don`t think we should get to hung up about the 3m and Newco if this entity sole purpose is to receive C/P payments and distribute these then i can`t see why this would need to be listed on AIM to carry out this function so AIM rules in this instance would not apply .

Jez/Jobs We all have our own strategies for investing that suits how we invest on AIM. The only thing predictable is it`s unpredictability. I have never got caught up in the finer detail of a co. but take a broad overview and rely on my instincts others choose a more in depth approach it`s what ever suits the individual. Pointless arguing which is right or wrong.
