Drule In normal circumstances the sp could not be a guide to the value of one asset being sold but the asset in question probably represents 90% of the value of the co.

In short every ones guessing with only assumptions to base them on. Far better to wait and see whats offered hopefully not long to find out.

SO You may be right but my point was with SOU at this point in time hopefully interested parties have done due diligence and come to a valuation on our assets and what ever the sp is won`t alter this. In a wider context you may well be right but i have tended to take a broad over view of my investments and really on my instincts.

Jez Control in this instance is about the direction the co. regarding future developments. Acceptable purchasers etc.

Jez OGIF coming on the share register was never about profit but more about control.

jez OGIF payed nothing in cash terms for their holding so any deal will mean in money term a profit.

Jez I think the BOD will put forward what ever bid is acceptable to OGIF and the larger shareholders and of course with the blessing of the M/G and ONHYMN and thats what we will have to accept but just as important is will we be given the consequences of the offer being refused.

Jones The problem was during the ramp fest a few did post some concerns me included about how the company was being marketed i was very uncomfortable with it. But posting these misgivings at the time went down like a lead balloon all people saw was a life changing investment with no risk attached there has to be responsibility on both sides for this.
