wh0s I don`t think it ever entered their minds to do any development work.The aim was prove up and sell unfortunately post TE7 the drill bit has not been kind to us and we simply ran out of time and resources.

Jez Its true i`m no longer bothered about the outcome. When i bought into SOU all we had was Badile,Laura as our main assets so it was never about making a large amount of money profit yes then Morocco came along and the saga began.

Jobbs Thats my concern it could come with CP but i believe someone posted a while ago that they can be structured where by you can choose to take an higher initial payment by waving this option. Have little knowledge of CPs so don`t quote me.

lyndon Have to agree i posted the other day with similar thoughts i`m no longer to fussed what the eventual outcome is so long as its clear cut and as you say no strings attached.
