wh0 I agree what ever constitutes the best offer made be it 25p or more likely in excess of this figure then it should be put to the shareholders but just as important is what ever price we arrive at we are given a clear indication of what turning down any offer will mean.

Jordan as i understand it a funding package is available for the development of TE5 but a fund raise to continue further exploration if our partners would be in agreement which is not at all certain i would think they would struggle to raise sufficient cash to do this.

Jez Agree with you i would like to see SM wrapped up in any deal if not i suppose the option will be to market that as well it must carry some value.

Jez It depends what you mean"go long" by that you mean continue exploration then i don`t see that as an option one possibility would be to raise the finance for development of TE5 of course this is dependent on not receiving an offer that is acceptable but i believe an offer will be made and recommended to us.
