Seems the lessons of the past go unheeded. Only a few months ago we had quoted the Horst under pinned us at 27p, Broker notes, Cove, Npv`s etc. etc. etc. Now the fag packets are out again with calculations and assumptions based on not a single fact. Might it not be wise to see what is finally agreed then you can argue to your hearts content. Sad to see grown men grasping out of hope or desperation. ?.

You can bet whatever deal they agree it will be a damn sight better than the one being foisted on us they will also probably come away with a nice field service contract as part of any deal.

I can remember not long ago people were saying TE5 was valued at 27p and under pinned the sp and that 10p sp vastly under valued the co. sp now 4.5p.

The only positive to be taken from this sorry mess is hopefully in future it will serve as a lesson to all investors to recognise the warning signs many of us either failed to see or chose to ignore and never place all our trust any individual .

Could someone clarify if Co. xyz becomes a the largest owner and being a private co. it will not have to comply with AIM rules with us being a minority partner will this mean any news released by SOU will be at the discretion of Co. xyz be it price sensitive or not ?.
