Roly thanks for your feedback..and thanks in advance to TTNY too (hint hint :D). Was my old favourite the scillonian 4 mentioned at all? I'm gonna be gutted if or when camel lard win the contract and not us!
Hi Roly, I'd like to throw a few questions to be answered please, but appreciate you may want to amend or simply not ask!
When will a chairman with industry reputation and calibre be brought in? My view - it's been far too long and JW is power grabbing far too much. Perhaps his reputation on a business level (not just PI level) is hampering progress.
Does he have confidence in the team around him, specifically the deal makers? My view - quoting JW we have had negotiations that have moved from 12 months to 2 years to complete - I really am questioning our ability to get deals signed and sealed.
At the point the JR fails, how long until FID is announced?
Are they experiencing any payment issues re Saipem and the current financial crisis they are going through? Is the planned additional contract still on track?
Where is the credit facility? PI reputation is shot to peices and many will not accept another raise.
What efforts are being made to engage with govt reps in order to keep h&w in frame of mind for renewables, defence, islandmagee etc - my thoughts, this is particularly important given how vocal Scottish MPs are at supporting local industry and the PM's visit to rosyth yesterday. Like a few on here, I'm starting to believe the success or failure of the company rests with govt decision making.
Many thanks and hope your visit is a good one
For some reason I can't find the article from that link Stokey? In related news there's an article in the Belfast telegraph but it's behind a paywall so I can't read it. Anyone subscribe to it and can summarise the content?

Hi Stokey et Al, are you aware of where or how a failed JR attempt would be communicated if at all via official channels? I presume the company or daera would get to know pretty quickly if a JR has been sanctioned but I'm not too sure about the opposite. My guess is we would know by the outrage of the nimby's on social media more than getting an rns. Many thanks,
Apologies for horrendous layout but there's the results for OTs best chance areas. Thoughts? Anyone know if we have been visited by any of these? Any certainties that the companies have in house or already present fabrication which would exclude us? Some decent chunk of research to be done here to find out me thinks

Not to detract from the post started by Nobby, of which IL give my 2 pennies worth later, but the company have responded to my email. In short they believe it to be an isolated incident due to staff sickness with covid and they know how vital it is to keep lines of enquiry open. Measures have been put in place to prevent it happening again and they are now in touch with Mr tugboat.
To be fair, I don't think I could expect much else as a reply. Gla
It beggars belief that potential customers can't even speak to someone to get work into the yard. I have just sent the email below to the investor email address. This isn't good enough...
Hi
A tug owner (Tom Willis) is struggling to contact the company and has had to resort to linked in to try and get work done on the boat. He states he has tried contacting offices at appledore and Belfast to no avail.
As a shareholder this is deeply concerning. Contracts aren't exactly overflowing at the moment!
Please explain the circumstances as to why this has happened and provide reassurance that Comms will be improved.
In short, we won't get much revenue if customers can't speak to someone to place an order!
Hopefully the link works below, but if not the link can be found on the LSE chat board for Harl.
Think IL hold off topping up until the shipbuilding strategy gets published. Good luck all and thanks for the continued posts
