I can see why this chap is regarded as a serial loser with such utterly pathetic 'analysis'

The Mis-management were talking of record revenues

Investors were entitled to believe cash breakeven and profitability would follow

Instead they hit shareholders with not just

1. A fundraiser

But

2. A deeply discounted raise at a horrifying low price

What message does it send to the market when Mismanagement send out the message we think our story and investment case is so bad we have to raise money at an astonishing discount to the prevailing market price.

There is no getting around the fact that these guys have spent 20 years making losses and stinging shareholders to pay for their lifestyle.

The only real bottom is zero pence

Millen to his credit got the share price up and only did placings once every 2 years

Sargent destroys the share price and then places every few months

In my opinion Sargeant needs sacking

To paraphrase Oscar Wilde to do one heavily discounted dilutive placing is unfortunate but to do two heavily discounted dilutive placings looks like carelessness

There also needs to be a stewards inquiry by the FCA into who knew what when because there were clearly some big sells by those with insider information a few days back

Why not reference the more pertinent fact that the last time the Mis-management chose to raise money was at a HUGE 50% discount at 0.6p implying very strongly that is their valuation of all their work

Our best bets are work with likes of DoseMeRX and Beyond Blood but progress is glacial and pathetic and opaque

Good to have some sensible 2 way debate on here.

Having been a net seller recently because of the failures of Management I think I will become a net buyer as I think the overall AI market trend may lift all boats. I don't however just want to benefit from the Greater Fool Theory beloved by traders so I hope Management finally deliver on AI/ML side of business after years of failure

I'm starting to think ultimate potential here is in the £s rather than just the £1 / 100p

The current interest from Governments / Corporates in both biotech AND AI

This could become a concept stock with concept type valuation ie which discounts more of the future growth and optionality upside.

FAB certainly the primary beneficiary in AI terms and with Government chucking £6m at them and £55m at their partner group
