Why 5-10p is a legitimate target.

Peak Market Cap here has been c.£140m

The last 4 fund raises over a period of 4 years raised £50m for issue of 1 billion shares i.e. 5p per share

The big competitor / comparator is Brembo a $3000m Company

GM and other Customers are supporting SCE because they want this market to have a strategic alternative to Brembo

So the value of SCE must be somewhere between £0m and $3000m ? Brembo could quite easily come in and take over SCE to either run the operation better or close it down to give themselves the market to themselves.

Cash looking good now. The key fear was dilution and that has been largely taken off table.

They could convert the cash advances into equity ? It's amazing customers advanced £12m for NO equity !

The mean financing level of last 4 financing rounds over 4 years is 5p so that seems a decent medium term target if they continue to deliver

If everything is so great why aren't Institutions buying ?

Truth is there is no delivery on true value driving IP or sales. The consultancy work is probably zero margin given the losses at group level.

Utterly ridiculous to claim PYC low unprofitable contract diarrhea is in any way meaningful. Thats why the stock price goes nowhere but down or sideways.

So basically FAB have had £0.5m in funding to buy a potential £100m+ payout lottery ticket in which there are only a handful of other contenders ! Sounds like a bloody great business model to me !

SCE Management know what they're doing and bought stock in the market between 0.30p and 1.00p with options which vest when share price hits 5.00p

Totally relaxed about SCE and no need to post 24/7

You are clearly not satisfied or relaxed about PYC or why do you feel the need to post 24/7 about a frankly nonentity company?

SCE has one single £100m contract with GM

PYC struggles to get £0.1m contracts with unknown bios

SCE and PYC are not the same

PYC have no upside participation

But what happens if news is bad ?

What happens if it is 'good' on its face but the actual facts means it's really bad news as most / all PYC contracts are ultimately unprofitable
