You don't seem to understand the economics of this Company

We've been hearing for years how they are only 'a few contracts' away from break even / profitability

Utter naive nonsense

For example look at Fiscal year end June 21 vs Fiscal year end June 22

Revenue went up 20% year on year

Losses increased by 15% from year on year

The fact of the matter is the consulting contracts are zero or low margin pass through. They 'win' a job then contract the consultants to do the work. It's low margin because it's low value add. PYC are just a redundant middle man adding little to no value. The Bios could easily just employ the consultants themselves.

The only real potential value add with PYC is the software side where they could build and sell IP via DoseMe or Beyond Blood. So far they have not achieved didley squat on progressing that.

Meanwhile they pay out overheads for offices / listing / Management / Marketing etc

So they will always be loss making in this consulting contracts side of business

Winning new and more loss making contracts is meaningless. Stop trying to con people with that clueless b.s.

I post because as an owner I am annoyed with Management failures over last few years. The new CEO seems incompetent and has done several dilutive heavily discounted placings despite always sounding positive. I would not want anybody else to be conned by the verbosity and verbiage of either the CEO or the enthusiastic stock promoters and so I am happy to spend time and effort warning people not to get sucked into this awful Stock

Very impressive move on no news

Institutions will be risk averse and probably look for 2 quarters of yield improvement so the next forward looking statement and historic quarterly statement going to be very important

2 news events coming up in next 2 weeks. Prior to that or after them I suspect the Management team will be engaged in an Institutional Roadshow and they will have Institutions clamouring to get on board.

Would not be surprised if the demand for shares leads to a spike into 30-40p range and the Company choose to do an opportunistic placing to take in some funds to accelerate business as well as get Institutions on board to cornerstone the upcoming growth wave.

Maybe they should keep quiet and let the Company Management and share price do the talking

There has been far too much pumping based on old rehashed news here.

Riddler selling some and concentrating on RCFX REE etc seems to have brought us good luck

Think it is an 18 month deal so wouldn't expect any outcome or news on this for some months

The problem with 'facts' is that nobody believes them when they lose confidence in a Management team

Let us remember that a Company which undergoes an IPO process will have had lots of advisers crawling all over the books and operations. So for this admission of a change to the 'Facts' about the business presented at IPO brings the entire Management team and their Advisers into disrepute and people will question all the 'Facts' presented

You can see the Institutions leaving at almost any price as the evidence of the new 'Facts' on the ground.

Of course those desperately under water or bottom fishing rampers will try to juice up the 'Facts' but they are just playing what is known as the 'Greater Fool' game, trying to pass on their dodgy produce to some gullible newcomers

Taking this from £20m Cap to £200m Cap is going to require Institutional Investment

Many Institutions have certain thresholds which prevent investing in illiquid small caps (they all know how that turned out for Neil Woodford!)

August is a time when many of the big wigs are away from their desks so I would expect many come back to their desks September and that is when FAB will time newsflow and I expect a rapid climb once IIs decide this could be the next AbCam ...

I expect we will do 16p in a day within the next year let alone trade at 16p

Yes it's great investment advice to 'catch a falling knife' and to buy when Institutional shareholders seem to be competing to dump this at any cost seemingly
