Why wouldn't potential acquirers just wait for it to go into Administration and buy it for zero ? Reading between the lines of the last RNS there is a LOT of investment needed

Once again a transparent attempt to try to manufacture news or link PYC to irrelevant or non relevant news. It's quite obvious to most and stinks of desperation.

Potential Catalysts ?

PYC - consulting contracts ? software/IP development with partners such as DoseMeRX / Beyond Blood Diagnostics ? Government grants to run NHS trials ?

TCF - has an existing $160m deal with Stalicla where a $0.5m milestone payment has been due/overdue for 12 months and another $5m milestone could be imminent for their Autism candidate. TCF claim to be in amicable discussions with Stalicla to resolve this issue. $0.5m would be very meaningful to a £3m company. $5m utterly transformational.

IT. DOESN'T. MATTER.

Just like it doesn't matter if somebody who cleans the toilets at Buckingham Palace or 10 Downing Street cleans your toilet. They are just cleaning the toilet. You don't get any VALUE out of having the mundane task done.

This is self evident to most why do you have trouble understanding the difference between VALUE and PRICE ?

Physiomics do a service for a PRICE. Their customers create VALUE.

PYC remains a minnow and micro cap. Their customers like Bicycle and Numab become Billion caps !!!

Unfortunately we have a small number of over enthusiastic promoters of this stock who don't have any real news to promote so just endlessly recycle old news and make it out to be bigger than it is. Any wonder them that investors are jaded when the actual news releases are met by 'meh' reactions

It would really help if the over-promoters dialled it down and just let PYC deliver the story themselves at their own pace

And the Company they bought Cronos spent £17m to date developing pipeline

Look what happened to IMM on no real news 1p to 4p

A few years back PYC did 20x in 3 days on a mere £0.5m contract with Merck

Imagine how nuts TCF would go if they get $0.5m from Stalicla with potential of $5m and a further potential $150m

Quite bizarre people get away with such bizarre untruths but hey buy/sell up/down he/she none of it is important what matters is if desperate underwater traders can find a greater fool to sell to

The 6m seller obviously played a clever game stay below notifiable level so they could play the other mug punters / greater fools in the AIM casino

REACH or RNS-NON means it is not deemed significant enough for a full RNS.

So credit to the Company for not releasing this at 0700

It does demonstrate however that they are doing something on the software side of business which is the only real value add side unlike the cash draining and zero value add 'consulting" tripe

The upside potential is huge IF (admittedly big IF) they can resolve Stalicla dispute. Hopefully amicable settlement soon or they can go to next level in dispute resolution process.

No we don't all agree

FAB just got £6m of non dilutive funding

PYC last funding was massively dilutuve massively discounted placing

FAB are protecting their shareholders so investors have confidence. Confidence they won't be treated like dirt. Confident Management are buying stock in the market so have skin in the game.

By all means compare FAB to PYC but the comparison just makes PYC look bad

I'd say somewhere around $400m+ personally so a case can be made for this stock being worth 300p+

Especially considering comps like

AbSci - $400m

FairJourney - $900m
