If each doctor refers 1 patient a week for a test that is potentially 300 doctors x 1 patient x 50 weeks × $1000 = $15m p.a.

Increase Doctors to 1000 and you're looking at $50m p.a.

Increase patients referred for test to 2 per week and you're looking at $100m p.a.

Rest assured Bagpuss that I am here, have not bought or sold any, but have been trying to do what I can from the outside to help this patient in intensive care regain some strength and preserve our investment and the jobs of many. Remember what I introduced them to in Aug…This was a first step. Plenty of longer term commercial & financial initiatives been passed on. Other shareholders very supportive too.

As well as the £6m of goodies for a £6m capped company its just lots of free great publicity.

Imagine being able to stroll into a cĺient / partner and say we are doing such amazing stuff we are having people chuck money at us and provide us non-dilutive funding. You do not see this sort of thing too often and it speaks to FAB having genuinely big potential IP

But we can read the RNSes including AUDITED Reports which demonstrate the reality vs the unaudited fantasies presented here.

The Board are recommending creation of a new class of shares which will benefit Leadership team IF they manage to SELL the Company.

i.e. the game is entering final stages.

They must either have had a takeover approach or be planning to go shop/sell the Company.

Don't know what to make of the supposed 'takeover' incentive.

Clearly it incentivises them to look to sell the Company on the one hand but won't the added equity on a takeover act as a potential 'poison pill' which the potential predator might find unacceptable ?

Guess it is only 10% so given an acquirer would typically pay a 30% takeover premium for Control it's not going to move the needle that much.

The amount of money sloshing around the sector should trump that given 'our' Net Asset level of c.£20m is a rounding error to some of these big multi-billion players

Would love this to get taken out for £20m/£30m/£40m ? and then nobody would begrudge the Management getting a £2m/£3m/£4m payoff

I understand there was an offer for the Company at c. 26p some time ago ?

Would be delighted with a 5p outcome TBH
