Nothing wrong with learning about AIM as it does take a while to learn the game.You will not get everything right but experience will increase the odds in your favour depending on your strategy.
If you do invest a higher proportion of your PF in one share( not recommending it) then choose a good one and I mean good fundamentals and trusting the BOD to deliver.
I would say you have made a good choice here but you should have top sliced more in the last but that is a common mistake on AIM investing especially in the early days.
Easily to get panicky over the sells but they are designed to panic PIs like yourself to sell up and yes one can say why did A Iva sell up.Ell institutionds can sell for a variety of reasons like change if fund manager/ Need to make up for losses elsewhere/ maintain cash levels in overall fund etc.
Equally ask yourself why have M&G bought 5% and Invesco at 25% and SG at 11% and has She,tie said and he deals with these daily they are much more knowledgable than Aviva.
You need to ask why is someone trying to keep this in a range as people do not fight over an empty box.
I know how difficult it is for an AIM Bio to take a drug through to this stage.Almost unheard off.
The big risks were during Revive 1 and 2 readout and the NDA acceptance decision so surprised you were not a lot more nervous then.
Although I have always been confident those were the times I considered the risk as being higher than what it us now.
Entirely up to you but think it would be a pity if you sold up now.
It may drift back down but sooner or later this will go up and we have a defined countdown to newsflow.
Every hurdle we have passed and each milestone means decreased risk

Am going to see my cousin today who was told on Monday he has terminal lung cancer so we all want SCLP to succeed to provide some of the answers to this dreadful disease which effects so many people as well as give us a nice return for our hard earned in here.

It just degenerates very quickly at any hint of alternative argument and there are far too many personal soars based on history on here.
Par for the course on many BBSwith different agendas and stalebulls being generally heavy underwater but the fact you got 8 recommends means that you are not alone in your thoughts.
I actually consider TF to be one of the polite guys and yes he will certainly argue his case and if I was him I would probably not respond to some of posts but as I keep on saying we are all different andcrespond in different ways so we can’t be too prescriptive about thinking our views are the correct ones as they are very personal.
Again personally not to worried about the money side but do feel that the arguments on here do at times seem insensitive to the wishes of many in wanting a successful outcome here

All these interviews are staged to some extent so yes no mention of Aviva sell but also GL won’t want to make any comment on this.
Overall good news as we know Aviva we’re lending shares so hardly fully supportive of SP.But they bought at 50p so victims of their own activity.
Much better to have anew supportive institution on board who has increased to 5.1% who should take longer term view.
Transition made in orderly market and with yesterday’s news looks to be great base to increase.
Just those pesky ATs in short term hopefully

Someone posted a photo on the Twitter private group that there were 3 large trades yesterday the 11.19m one for about 2.15m and one for 1.6m
If you add these up it gets to about 14.9m which is 200k difference from the Prudential holding which could equate to the 0.1% still held by Aviva

Yes not best reaction but one has to ask why.
The sells are not normal PI activity.The last 12 sells 11 are ATs each trying to get the said price lower.
We have seen this activity on every bit of good news on MTFB.The beauty now is that the next timelines are not externally related such as FDA decisions which can be forecast by the people who want to keep thus within its trading range.
This is such a milestone that increases the chance of Approval of Iclaprim to a new extremely high chance.
Commercial partners are now going to have to make decisions and plans finalised as they need to be put in place before the Approval decision and IMO the probability of success is so high that the risk/ reward is very attractive.
All these potential commercial partners would know in advance that decision time is approaching and so far MTFB have taken all the risk and they have passed with flying colours.
Looking forward to next few months as the pathway forward becomes much clearer.

Major milestone even if SP shows muted reaction.This is much more than simply an acceptance of permission to submit application.
The FDA check the submission which is a major exercise in itself.Given the track tecord of the FDA in Approving novel ABs and the desperate need for them and we know about phase 3 results but the acceptance of the CMC and the labelling bits of the NDA are very important and a bit of an unknown until nw

Just look st how many of the sells are ATs and the pattern of these appearing as soon as good news is announced is seen again.
No matter to me as a LTH but as each important milestone is passed then it becomes les productive for them and especially now as they are running out of timelines to worry holders.
They can’t use the PDUFA date as other major news are very likely to have been announced before then regarding US commercialisation so they will be playing and creasi guy dangerous game

Excellent news this morning
Now we can begin the real interesting bits like pre launch commercialisation.
We know that MTFB need to decide on the US pathway before launch and yes they still need Approval but I remain extremely confident on this for a host of reasons.
So any potential partners either US or global will need to make their decisions and MTFB will be much more in control of the newsflow.
The PDUFA date of mid Feb looks good and no mention of AdComm so will wait and see if this is required.Plenty of clues in the future between now and Approval decision including any TR1s or lack of them
Great for LTHs keeping the faith here and yes not saying there won’t be sone more SP shenanigans but Devi Italy a major milestone achieved

The FDA decision could be conveyed to MTFB anytime so an RNS could come anytime between tomorrow and 28th.
Make you own mind up if the 11m trade is pure coincidence on the day before this countdown starts

To me the big trade has to be an AMP transfer handled by Peel in an orderly fashion to not disrupt market and this was done before 18 months ago Re SL transfer to Invesco.
ALso NDA acceptance is an important milestone as covers labelling and CMC as well as R1 and 2 results.
Yes Approval is very important but MTFB Commercial plans will be finalised prior to Approval so the next few months will tell us a lot more.
