Yes some good points but for me the important ones for SCLP are.
SCIB 1 Combo/CI- if it enhances the efficacy over and above Keytruda then it will be stellar but so far the ta k Re ord of Combos is not conclusive.
Moditope has huge potential but how it performs in p1 human trials is the real acid test not how it has performed in humanised mice.

Georgia exported 83.5 thousand tons of oil and oil products in the 5 months of current year. Georgia’s oil tariffs are quite low and the biggest share of export comes to re-export.

Import of oil products significantly exceeds its exports. In particular, according to Geostat data, in January-May, Georgia imported 543.9 thousand tons of oil and oil products.

As for the production, 6.6 thousand tons of oil and oilproducts have been produced in Georgia during the reporting period.

Yes with NDA acceptance hopefully the “ manipulators” will have less room to manouvre as we will move truly onto the US commercialisation phase and EMA submission and anticipated news becomes less predictable.

Absolutely right Re Arpida and Iclaprim.They ignored FDA advice and went for 12.5% NI vs Linezolid rather than the FDA advice of 10% NI vs Vancomycin as standard of care.
Plus trial sites were geographically not reflective of what FDA wanted ie used East European sites rather than US and you have to remember back in 2008/9 the whole environment Re Approving ABs by the FDA was so different due to the Ketek Approval which backfired.
MTFB not only liaised with the FDA from the start and agreed their chosen protocols but modified trial design and dose rTes ie fixed I/v and scaled up trial sizes and used Covance to enhance trial results which we know have proved Iclaprim safe and effective.
As Rebarm says peeps think no deal has been announced therefore no interest well there has been interest but concluding a deal too early means you get a poor deal.
When the small bio like MTFB takes all the risk and the dilution then obviously it can demand a better deal.
Also a global deal can still be done which could not happen if you sold the rights to a small regional pharma for a pittance.
They have access to all the main players in this space and Novartis pulling out if AB R&D will not affect this and may in fact make new ABs even more valuable as it constricts future supply.
I believe the NDA acceptance will be the catalyst for progressing the US commercialisation as they need to fully prepare for launch assuming acceptance.

Like you have been since IPO and have decent holding.
Essentially a LTH and yes would probably have top sliced a few on any spike say like R2 results but tied up that day and simply could not monitor SP that day.
No matter the SP has drifted down since but things have progressed on the ground and getting near commercialisation.
Still in regular contact with GL and meet up every so often and that gives me confidence.
Yes not all decisions are guaranteed to be positive but all about the chance of success which zi still rate very high here.
Next step is NDA acceptance and assuming that it will be major milestone as nit only means final 6 month countdown but NTFB will have to make their plans much clearer for US commercialisation and that is when it comes very interesting

I may be one of the ones referred to but make a big distinction between been confident and a ramper.There are several others and also yes a lot more gets done on twitter.
Just because we do not post as much these days does not mean we have sold out.Yes some will have done and that is normal but think that is much more to do with long term frustration/ can make more money else where in interim rather than any thing else!
Many of the LTH simply don’t spend a lot of time on these boards but probably watch them but it just takes so much time to post and respond sometimes when they have busy lives and also are LTH so only get interested at possible inflection points like NDA decision as it is often a large gap between meaningful news
