Hoping you are right.
As others have said we are at the decision of Cayman courts unless an OOC settlement ensues.
I have not been the biggest fan of FRR “ defaulting” when I think they could have avoided it based on the evidence so far.
However I am sure that even if SN/ZM cannot guaranteee they will win they must believe they have a good enough case to take Hope to court so any decision will not be clear cut like all the barrack room lawyers are hinting at.
None of us know all the facts so any speculation of the outcome is just that but we know enough that you can’t call it with certainty either way so if either or both parties want certainty an OOCS is the prefered option unless egos prevent it from happening

Given the background here re Nuvec it makes a lot of sense and will be very interesting to see who they recruit.I can certainly think of some excellent candidates

Also volume of trades which are much lower in US have much bigger influence on SP.
For eg on Jan 4th c30k of shares traded and 5% rise in US.
That amount of shares whether all buys or sells would not effect AIM that much as much more liquid here.

It is privately owned 100% by the family( of course they are private shareholders) but they are not answerable to anyone outside if the family.

Bion Tech is a private Company but has institutional investors so is not completely controlled by one entity.

The GmBH bit you refer to is a subsidiary Company the patent Company is AG.

How you think you know better than me about the structure of the Company I work for is unbelievable but just illustrates how you refuse to accept that you are ever wrong.

Have worked for Eli Lilly,Merck and Sanofi and yes work as a salesman at present.

Suffice it to say it is the only family owned pharma Company in the Top 20 and has over 50,000 employees and also entered In April 2018 the company announced that it would launch an immuno-oncology partnership with OSE Immunotherapeutics worth up-to-$1.4 billion,

Thanks for reposting that summary.I was half expecting a new Corporate Presentation( as JPM Conference) starts on 7th Jan and history tells us that at most events( like Jefferies 14 th Nov) they update.
It is not the presentation that is important but they print off the slides and collate them for any interested parties.
In the absence of any new info the priorities and insight contained in the presentation you posted is the current position.
Add we have not seen any evidence of recruitment of MSLs etc so that perhaps tells us they are not looking to build their own commercial arm.
If they are not at JPM( after having been there last 3 years) and is biggest event in calendar then what does that mean.
Well they may be there to circulate but no announcement and no updated presentation yet so if they are not there they must be convinced that there is no need to have additional potential partner discussions even at this late stage so that assumes the process is already well advanced.
As I said earlier extremely quiet from MTFB and the hard deadline is 13th Feb but the silence may be a clue.We simply have to wait

I was clearly referring to my present employer( who happen to be one of the largest players in the IO space) when making the point about “ can do it without resorting to needs of SH as there are none” rather than Bion Tech so clearly one mistake you have made.
Secondly are you seriously saying that SCLP would not have been able to progress the science faster IF they did not have much greater resources both people,expertise and money.If so you patently do not understand this space which is not surprising as you have spent about the same amount of time being a builder as I have working for 4 of the biggest global players in the pharmaceutical space.

I know you like to over egg your scientific contribution( Biology o level if I recall correctly) with your cut and paste posts but please do not pretend to understand anything about how the pharma industry works as you have no experience or insight whatsoever.

Yes Crumbs absolutely.
As any Company becomes bigger but especially a Bio Tech it has a decision to make in terms of evolution.
The vast bulk simply get bought by a bigger entity assuming science is successful but in case if Bion Tech it has grown big by great science and a series of commercial partnerships and institutional investment but has retained a lot if flexibility and independence.
The dilemma is to compete in the world of big pharma and in Imuno oncology the sums of money involved are so huge that you need to raise billions hence need for an IPO.
However you can lose the very thing that got made you do successful,in the first place that innovation and creativity and ability to make quick decisions as you become much more structured.
For instance at my time in Merck the whole Company became fixated by quarterly results and the SP to keep the SH happy so sometimes long term goals become overridden by short term objectives.
Whereas where I am now as it is family owned and they want to spend $1bn on a IO Comosnybthey can do it without resorting to the needs of SH as there are none.
Hope this makes sense.
From an SCLP perspective it is great they already have great connections with Bion Tech and I wonder if we may get sooner bpvalidatiin from some of the follow on stuff than the SCLP projects.
Think we have all shared the frustration of any small bio like SCLP not having the resources to develop their science as quickly as we would have liked

I work for a large German drug Company which is family owned hence the AG and in practice it operates as any global pharma but the move to SE by BioNTech is imo more about a signal to the rest of the world that it wants to establish an increasingly international presence and raise money globally via partnerships and capital raises.

They would have thought about for a long tine and is part of their commercial journey moving forward .The ramifications for SCLP are all about raising the profile and access to a whole host of commercial partners assuming the Bion Tech partnership is successful which so far so good.
When I spoke to RG after 2027 AGM he said to expect a deal with a Bio Tech outfit rather than big pharmaceutical on Moditope as they understood the concepts and had the agility and foresight to recognise the greater potential including accepting the risk of cutting edge science from outside their own labs.
This has happened but this move to SE should give Bion Tech and by its links SCLP much more commercial clout but retaining the flexibility of a bio tech outfit so a big strategic step in the right direction but all about the science

You may have to wait for the results before you can decide on what numbers are statistically significant.Also may be some drop outs fir different teasons

Have to start by saying I am not familiar with some of the intricacies of the current trial underway.
However Candid is absolutely right in his comments the p3 trials.
The additional 48 patients is much more likely to reflect the fact that they are required to bring about a statistical measurement re confidence limits and very likely to be that they simply have to repeat the current level of success in an additional number of patients.
This is obviously much easier than having to be more successful with the additional patients which some may have interpreted the RBS as meaning

Don’t know all the rules but can’t see anyone paying out until they have to.
Of course if we delist it is likely to be more difficult to trade and hence SP more likely to go down as people sell due to not wanting be in a different exchange.

Imo people are placing far too much significance on the timing for release if news in 3 weeks time.
As someone said earlier it is much more likely to be about being picked up by early morning news agency’s than any indication of who may have won.
