Yes Difenacoum in Voltarol is a COX 1 dose sparing NSAID hence you often get sideffects.You can get better effects from Coxibs( COX 2 specific) without the side effects as targets beneficial enzyme pathways rather than the adverse ones.

As for your specific point you are right that Iclaprim along with 3 other ABs (Antibiotics) failed to get through the Approval process on 2007/8.This was mainly due to FDA approving an AB called Tekek which got a Approval then had issues so they took a very hard line on Approving all ABs at the time.
Firstly there has been a sea change in attitude of Approvals in ABs due to desperate need for new ABs causing AMR(Anti Microbial Resistance) and lack of supply of new ABs.
The other 3 drugs originally refused have all now been Approved.
Also MTFB have made lots of critical changes to phase 3 trial protocols which have led to a better chance of Approval from the original Assust trials.
They consulted with FDA and agreed a Non Inferiority (NI) of 10% rather than the previous 12.5% and the change if comparator drug from Linexolid to Vancomycin.Both these changes were wanted by the FDA but Arpida the original holder of Iclaprim decided on different parameters.
They also made changes to a fixed dose of 80mg I/v rather than a variable dose rate.This was suggested by FDA to overcome some of safety issues highlighted in previous trial without effecting efficacyl;
They also increased trial numbers and covered more US sites in Revive trials
Also used Covance a top CRO
These changes have passed both Revive 1 and 2 and the NDA submission has been accepted without the need fir an Ad Comm.Hope this helps and welcome to the board

Your timeline is much more likely than what I thought so Nomad issue assuming no other news like OOCS will happen first.
Presume if listed in January then hearing will be about a month afterwards

It is the hearing to decide on Hope so as the December one on 18th was listed and heard in December then I see no reason why the hearing should not be in January.It was only postponed imo to allow for Hope to submit a defence and then the judge will decide.
The April dates are for Appeals.It was only the Appeal vs the Injunction and not necessarily against any judgement on Hope which has not been heard.
Would only go to April imo if either FRR or Hope Appeaked the next hearing decusion

Had another look at RBS and trying to be balanced in approach.
The fact the judge discharged the injunction after the Dec18th hearing was taken certainly by me and others as being very bad for FRR as obviously it allowed Outrider to go fir the main asset.
However there was enough evidence to secure the initial injunction and really not sure what will have changed if Hope had not submitted any defence so bit perplexed why judge discharged unless it was to force parties into talking to each other before the next hearing
It could not have been based on a weighing up of the evidence as if there was no new evidence contrary to FRR case then it would stay You would presume.
As others have said it brings the injunction and hearing into the same process both of which will be decided at the January hearing so really we cant pre judge the hearing based on any discharge if the injunction.
Whatever happens in January both parties can appeal any decision and that is likely to be heard in April.
So lots to play for and still can’t predict how this will play out but obviously clues in the coming weeks but outcome of January hearing and /or news before then will be pivotal

Highly unlikely as PDUFA date is pretty set in stone and FDA like to stick with schedule.
Think a lot have been watching this on sidelines and Mail article may just have triggered the buying.
Also a few new folk and lots of ATs towards end but they look mainly like buys so perhaps this is to be let go

Just with the level of debt with AMP I would not be looking to stay in there very long and rather stay fully invested here where we can predict outcomes with a better degree of certainty imo

You have to take into account their level of debt.

Let us just wait and see what happens.
As Oopsie said a few days ago IF Hope did not submit a defence it could mean he is confident of an OOCS and if he did not submit in these circumstances then I can’t see FRR sending out a tweet.
My point is you can look at all these events or non events both ways positive and negative and we tend to believe what we want to believe which is fine as these are suspended.
Just wait for OFFICIAL news and then react with joy or despair.

The good thing about the BH and BP still in the picture re FRR is that we have heard no news about them ending their association/discussions with FRR.This would be material news and yes we all want the permanent agreement but given the recent events I take the fact they are still involved a real positive
