At AGM they will have a clear idea of what is required and will not need official minutes to form a strong opinion of how they think things will go.but will have to wait to them being issued before announcement of anything officially.
So although they will not issue anything material re the meeting I do suggest anyone interested attends so as to firm their own opinion as to their level of confidence in the light of the available knowledge

Yes in bringing AGM forward imo is a positive and also gives opportunity to attend,speak and assess their thoughts prior to official minutes.
Re PK stuff then says hepatic function does not effect CL but age does so tells me biomarkers like elevated AST or ALT may be less useful as prognostic indicators in predicting DILI.
So FDA question likely imo to be about whether reduced CL clearance levels of Iclaprim in over 65s is likely to lead to DILI.
The biomarkers can of course be used to assess state of liver function and that will impact on metabolisation rate of drug so that can be used to assess CL in over 65s.
The use of 2 external experts to argue the case is another positive and suggests to me it is about opinion and persuasion re degree if risk rather than anything fundamental
