RR Totally agree I don’t like how he operates any more than anyone else and find it distasteful and as well as the financial benefit of this coming good I really don’t want the crowing trolls to gain at all.
However I also want to separate out the emotions and primarily want to find out the truth and in the evidence so far FRR have not demonstrated a compelling case.
So it may be that the whole court action is about delaying things and we simply pay Hope off.
That is fine but I really don’t think that is purely Hope who has caused all this aggro.I don’t mind FRR poking the hornets nest but make sure you choose your battleground and that is the judgement call I have not seen so far from FRR.

Think the Oopsi comment was relevant.
He was almost expecting a refusal to grant the TRO and mentioning about the possible effects on the Georgian people etc in supporting a essentially legal argument was a bit dramatic or as I believe Oopsi said smacked of desperation
Still think we have things to play for but they must come up with something to get a decent result in court

I really hope so and that the asset is so big we can simply pay Hope off.
Don’t want to get involved in pre Xmas spats I just want to know what is going in and I appreciate SR posting the TRO document which largely ties up with Oopsi s views on the FRR rational and response.

They need to come up with “ evidence” rather than simply conjecture and Yes they may have things up their sleeve/whole thing is a delaying tactic to buy time but as this drags on and the actual case evidence is revealed FRR have a lot to do to reverse this position.

It increasingly seems this is all part of a plan to get rid of Hope and sort the funding out.That is fine but I can’t help feeling that the “ arrogance” of ZM in “ we don't take legal action unless we win” may be misplaced as the evidence so far is that his FRR chance of winning is far from conclusive.

When personal feuds start getting in the way of common sense it usually ends up badly.Either it costs more to sort the situation out of no one wins.

What are people’s thoughts on the status of the $150m funding.The word used was prepared to “ kick off” so does that mean very early stage or almost ready to finalise the discussion.
Sure that SN/ZM are totally aligned with the LTH I just wish they did not appear so arrogant about keeping us out of the loop over many years.
I know they may have had very good cause on occasion but based on past and current evidence I would be wary of trying too much to interpret these moves as being positive or negative until we have the full picture or an informed path moving g firward

Just noticed this reply to a tweet asking him if he thought FRR would relist from 3 days ago.

I’m not sure to be honest, I was expecting it subject to court case but haven’t spoken recently.

As said by many we simply don’t know the outcome here but most accept not getting the TRO was negative.
Gary imo is just trying to try and put some of the theories of why this happened or did not happen into perspective.
I find it very hard to believe this is part of any plan as it seems totally unpredictable and in my experience most of these legal dramas are a reaction to events rather than a planned proactive programme.
We know feelings are running high on all sides but being unduly optimistic or pessimistic only leads to even a more volatile emotional roller coaster so much better to just wait until some definitive information is given and in the meantime try and respect others views.( don’t mean the obvious trolls) but LTH who may adopt a different stance to others on here based on how they interpret events

As you say nothing really new apart from maybe for focus on diabetes subset,New slide on numbers etc who have renal impairment.
The 40mg dose or half if normal has always been indicated fir patients with moderate hepatic( liver) impairment so is not new

Don’t mean written off chances of FRR surviving and indeed prospering and when we do find out a lot of info should be known like success of ongoing operations etc.
Just written off loss here so that if there is disappointment then I can readily move on.Find it helps to stay calm and maintain a demeanour not affected by the daily ups and downs.

Just pleased these are suspended as you can imagine the shenanigans with all the contrary court updates and by the time decision day is reached we will know where we stand.
Like some I have written this off and just wait and see as still no real visibility on likely outcome without the full arguments and evidence.
