As far as I am concerned MTFB are a US Company listed in UK and US.
No conspiracy’s from me re FDA.The shutdown may have had an impact but certainly belief they were sincere with CRL.

Hope everyone had a good Bank Holiday.
Is possible it could be about labelling.As the labelling part is sorted fairly late in the NDA review then may have been limited communication between the two before the CRL.
However,can’t be 100% sure.All I know is MTFB were very surprised at issuance of CRL and believe they have a compelling case moving forward.
Is more of a mandatory step to issue the CRL especially given the shutdown.
At the Type A meeting held last Friday it is possible the official minutes could suggest labelling changes but my understanding is a new NDA needs to be submitted.
At the AGM I will hopefully have a much clearer idea of what was covered based on what they say and conversations with the BOD.
Sorry I can’t give a more complete answer but MTFB are very circumspect at the moment about what they are saying and the AGM is the big opportunity to try and get a better feel for the way forward.

Would be wary of trying to equate 5% to offer to Outrider without more info.
With the interest is Outrider not claiming something more like $30m.
There other creditors(including YA due in July)so the fact that one if FRR. Companys appears to have been liquidated May lead to other actions.

We are still expecting a lot of new information as FRR responds to the Outrider case re the TRO and that deadline if I recall is May7th and as it is nit a holiday in US then am expecting more stuff tomorrow.

Yes very confusing and needs expert view on full documentation.
Definitely coming to a head but don’t think you can read anything in isolation.FRR moved assets due to possible Outrider trying to seize them and Outrider seizing them due to fears of FRR trying to move them.
Both potentially culpable and of course no one can seriously disputed Hope trying to take over asset based on 2016 and if course FRR moving into voluntary liquidation on one of its Companys.
Guess a outcome defends on legal argument and jurisdiction rather than who is in the right.
Seems a right snake pit.

Correct Scooby-confirmation of the Meeting taking place is important as it means that the Meeting submission package was fully accepted as not requiring any modifications.
I know that is expected but don’t underestimate what is required in these submissions.

We won’t know Judges decision but we will know all the information being put in front of the judge to enable him to make a decision.
It can’t be a simple clear cut decision either way so yes Judge decision is critical but I want to know what 2 sides are officially saying so we have a better idea of the merits of the case rather than just 2nd guess on outdated info

Response from FRR lawyers to Hopes lawyers due in a few days will give us all an opportunity to evaluate where we stand here.

We all know the obvious toxic guys so please allow everyone else to express their views openly and honestly without fear of ridicule or personal attack.

Really do not think any of us know how this will play out and amount some have at stake could cause life changing misery/ happiness depending on outcome so let us recognise this situation and show respect.
