You are right I referred to the preliminary meeting before phase 3 began.However on this although MTFB will have a damn good idea of what is required at the May 3rd meeting I don’t expect any communication over and above the usual “ collaborative meeting”.
The lack of communication since the CRL and even before that indicates that the radio silence will continue until the official minutes are released.
There will be spikes and possibly rumours but as we saw in the PDUFA build up I don’t expect any leaks and yes more people will be in the loop but I still expect there will be little if any comment from MTFB

Think you have got it half right.
CMax is the maximum concentration of the drug at any part of the body including liver.It is important but of probably greater importance is the AUC(Area under the Curve).
So as we know clearance of Iclaprim goes down with age 10% for each decade over 50 due to slower metabolism presumably so as many patients with ABSSSI are over 65 then could as you say explain why FDA has possibly asked for further information regarding DILI.
But appearance at ECCMID and talking about paper 4 is a real positive imo

Wonder if FDA concerns are about reducing dose rate of Iclaprim to say 40mg in elderley patients to increase likelihood of mitigating DILI and MTFB think otherwise.
So more likely to be a labelling issue,Any thoughts anyone

I have never asked anyone to invest here on the basis of any connections I may have with GL it is purely my own decision.

I have been critical of him in not having a Plan B and the US raise but we are where we are so I will continue to make my investment decisions based on the fullest information available.

Agree completely that the Court Case should not preclude any operational update.The total silence is not helpful and YJ whilst any communication is of benefit are not helping matters imo.
I know we just have to wait and see but let us not pretend that some in the know could at least have the courtesy to offer so information to the ease some of the tensions of several SH.
Like you I have written this off and view any future return as a nice bonus but still very hopeful
