It was Tonnacombe that posted about it happening on May13th but my info was that MTFB would not be there.
Happy to be proved wrong but await official confirmation.
Think AGM will be first opportunity to ask questions and will try and give some feedback as know you are not there this year.

Pre planned RNS imo prepared before meeting and simply to let folk know Meeting took place.
Can’t read anything into it good or bad until more news or AGM.
MTFB were confident going into it but as we have already seen no leaky ship here and will simply have to wait

Agree totally Gary-FRR need to do whatever they consider necessary to secure the future.It may even help explain the total silence from FRR in not wanting to give any clues as to what is happening.
However,given the past record of concealing information even before the Court case none of us can be sure exactly how this will play out and what the motivation is behind the various moves which we are having to retrospectively uncover as the process evolves.

Don't normally read bile on ADVFN but there do seem to be a few new points such as the Green capital info raised in your post which does seem to indicate a lot of evasive action by FRR.
It could make some legal sense but making moves that appear "hidden" from the Courts etc does not seem to support a positive outcome here.

Can I just be sure the term Outrider collateral refers to FRCC rather than just a general point regarding court case action affecting Outrider NAV outside of FRR.

I remember speaking to the Nomad why FRR had not RNSd being called a fraud operation by KK the Georgian Energy Minister and the subsequent open letter and the meeting with the Georgia PM.He said he knew nothing about it but did concede it was something the investors should have been told.
Never a dull moment.

I thought the reason for Cairn resigning was directly related to the publication of all the e mails etc and presumed it was related to FRR not releasing news of the arrangement to pay back Outrider and Hope.
Having spoken to the Nomad before then I knew that they had been frustrated with previous FRR hiding news.
However on seeing that FRR have accused Hope of possible collusion/ influence the Nomad to resign it may be that they felt inclined to resign after the text regarding Hope seeming to be in contact with the Nomad.
As if FRR have accused Hope of collusion they must have some evidence as it would be pretty easy for Cairn to answer the question.
If you recall Zara said he did not know the reason why they resigned which I thought an odd thing to say.Now accusing Hope and Cairn of collusion is even more intriguing.

Heck of a roller coaster here for many people and emotions run high.The total blackout from FRR is making matters a lot worse as rumour and different views based on limited information easily fill the vacuum causing much anxiety.
I am of the view yes the lawyers may have told FRR not to communicate anything that could give any succour to Hope or about the court case or operations etc but they could have chosen to communicate directly or indirectly with SH to smooth out some of the emotional toil on folk like yourself.
We all know the history of FRR in hiding things in the past and that would be a big red flag to many.Still a 50/50 binary bet for me and have already totally written this off.
If it comes good then great but prepared for worst.Fantastic work done by the super sleuths and the toxic posts of the shorters Who glorify in the plight of others I find very distasteful
As I said earlier the move to US courts will clarify a lot but it appears it could drag on a while yet.
I know many including myself take some comfort from the fact that expensive lawyers are still being paid/ we have heard nothing about the end of operations or BP involvement some the money must be coming from somewhere and we know it is a huge box worth fighting over.
However I would countenance about using too much logic in trying to predict the outcome here.
Many thought an OOC was a most likely result given the consequences for both sides and it may still happen.However personal vendettas and individual idiosyncratic behaviour by the involved parties can invalidate any predicted outcome.we know the folk involved here don’t always appear to act rationally and as always we need independent verification of what the exact position is rather than from the involved parties themselves.

Tonacombe they may well have approached MTFB via Walbrook but I e mailed GL and he replied saying he knew nothing about it so that is why I will await confirmation.

Apologies for missing the point you raised with the precedence case.Agree it is an important addition as Justice Kawawley will form his judgements largely on points of law which he clearly did in the Fiduciary aspect of the case.
A Jury based judgement on Loyalty is an entirely different proposition and will take much more into account if the spirit of the law and people’s motivations rather than simply who technically broke the law.

When I last asked GL when he was next across he told me AGM so generally would not think he would be in town twice in less than 2 weeks but depends on other appointments and yes can ring Turner a Pope on Monday or May just drop him an e mail.

Is the claim in the California Court vs Hope ie for Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Duty of Loyalty exactly the same as in Caymans Court.
I remember the Breach of Fiduciary bit but us the Loyalty bit new.

As others have said beauty with US Courts is all info is released in a timely manner so likes of Oopsi etc will be in a much better position to use their expertise to get a fuller understanding of exactly what is going on

My binary outcome at Old Trafford on Wednesday night was both results were not to my liking so at least with choice on FRR outcome at least one is favourable.

Late in being published

Hi Rebarm,
Back from pub and yes that was my understanding that they only intend to raise the £1.7m which is a little more than a few months cash burn so tells me they have a clear plan moving forward.
Intend to go to AGM and get a better feel for how things are and chat to BOD.
Encourage all interested parties to attend but up to individuals.
What always amazes me and why I post less is the total certainty that some folk have as to any outcome positive or negative.
We all invest on the basis of likely outcome and as the CRL has shown we can get it wrong as do the BOD in terms of expectation.It does not mean that they have totally failed or misled investors but obviously it was a hell of a setback.
I like most others hopefully make decisions in the light of fullest information so attend the AGM and ask your questions and make your criticisms like imo the lack of a contingency plan.
