You can't compare HUM with GCAT, as HUM have £72m debt and GCAT have no debt. How much does that debt service reduce profits at HUM, without even thinking about how HUM are going to pay the capital back.

GCAT though will likely take on debt to expand from 25k - 50k in Kenya as an extra plant will be needed.

Please only compare GCAT with zero debt gold miners!

Fuel cost have obviously increased, which will impact on the mine and camp which have yet to be converted to mains supply(better business case to spend money doing that now). They mentioned this was being moved out to this year. Diggers, trucks, etc cost will also increase.

Not sure what Tariff the plant is on, but electricity prices have been dropping. It's mostly from green energy, so not oil & gas which has been rising lately. The reason for it dropping is the Govt commitment to boost growth.

EMS(Exchange Market Size) is the minimum number of shares that a MM must deal on, when they either quote on the Bid or Ask. The EMS size for all companies is reviewed by the LSE every quarter(Mar,Jun...) as is calculated based on average daily volume traded.

Trades over a certain size, a multiple of EMS(EMS 100k here) are delayed by one hour. Therefore, this site and others, are not sophisticated enough to work out what the price was an hour previous, so they get marked as unknown.

Even larger trades(over another multiple of EMS) are delayed 2 hours. Then even larger ones are reported the next day. Like the 6m buy at 0.98 reported after hours from yesterday.

Yes you are correct. I was referring to the further increase after Orca took the 32m off GDP.

They are locked in for the 103,846,154 shares issued at RTO, not the $450,000 which was outstanding and to be paid in cash to Goldplat, but was instead converted to equity as announced by Goldplat on 3rd Nov.

Goldplat are locked in.

Read the second "clarification" placing RNS. Most of the latest placing was at 0.95p.

Orca increased to 9.32% on 30Th Sep, not reduced to 5%.

Others not locked in....well their was a lot of debt for equity done at the RTO to enable Caracal to be debt free. None of that was locked in.
