Management Changes and Receipt under Saltfleetby Agreement

Angus Energy plc (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that the appointment of Mike Wells as (non-board) Director of UK Operations. Mike began his career with BP at Eakring and was involved in the development and appraisal of many wells in Lincolnshire and beyond including, co-incidentally, the original successful exploration wells into the Portland at Brockham.

Following time with Candecca Resources, Mike was employed by ROC Oil to oversee the Saltfleetby Gas Field (the "Field") and he remained with Wingas UK Storage Ltd on its acquisition of that Field. Mike has extensive experience in field management and engaging with all of our regulators. We are very lucky to have his immense experience in UK onshore to help us as we address reconnection of the Field and recommencement of operations.

We also take this opportunity to announce the resignation of Mr. Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorius as director of the three group subsidiaries: Angus Weald Basin No1, No2 and No3 to be replaced in those roles by Mr. Andrew Hollis, Technical Director. Further, the recruitment of Mike will allow Jonathan to step back from his existing operational role to focus on business development as Angus continues to look to expand its asset portfolio.

Additionally, in accordance with the transaction announced on 19 June 2019 Wingas UK Storage Limited has paid £2.5 million to Angus in consideration of its agreement with Angus regarding the prospective 51% farm-in to the Field. These funds have been transferred in order that Angus may plan, and procure equipment for, the reconnection of the Field to the National Gas Transmission Grid and it is noted that this transfer is without prejudice to the rights of the OGA or any other regulator as regards any prospective transfer of Licence and Operatorship

When they explain brockham like that I’m glad they stopped and didn’t spend the extra cash on the Kim zone, they didn’t delay it longer still and didn’t give BS about it.

In comparison I think a Vonk rns would have said that they are still drilling and testing brockham and that there is great potential in that part of the Kimmeridge (while he thinks - maybe in a few thousand years when as it matures)

I’d prefer one that said “yea about the brockham well test, well it turns out we didn’t turn the main valve on, and now it’s flowing too fast we can’t turn it off so we have to get an empty tanker every 20mins, we know that’s more then we are allowed but have had special permission for them from the CC all due to there being a potential health and safety / contamination issue if we didn’t”

But I’d settle for any positive news.

At the time that same £1,000,000 would have been expecting that £45k as a yearly dividend by now.

£45k today buys the same number of shares that were valued at £1,000,000 in 2017.

Results of the Bondholders Vote

Further to the previous announcements made by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) ("Matomy" or the "Company") on July 2, 2019 (RNS 2347E)) regarding the convening of a bondholders meeting by the trustee of the bondholders (Series A) of the Company ("Trustee") that was held on July 8, 2019, with a proposed resolution to approve a contingent demand for an immediate repayment of the bonds if an amount of US$ 4.5 million is not paid within 45 days (the "Proposed Repayment Demand Resolution"), the Company hereby announces that the Trustee has published the results of such bondholders' vote, according to which the Proposed Repayment Demand Resolution was rejected.

The bondholders vote was quorate (79.3% of the bonds were represented). 52.79% of the bonds that voted, voted to reject the Proposed Repayment Demand Resolution and 47.21% voted in favour of the proposed resolution.

Brockham has had a large % of shareholder funds invested in to it, it forms a large part of the existing company assets, Before disposing of a significant company asset Will any deal for the sale / or change of ownership of Brockham be put to shareholders for approval before completion?

Could ask them in the CC if the geology at Balcombe has done a brockham and magically changed in a few months since Balcombe 800-1500-3000 boepd test results last year.

If it has ask if they have patented the techniques they used, and how they intend to terraform the rest of the world using these magical techniques.

I’d rather they use around £1m on a share buy back at this price to counter the dilution from past raises .

I’m fed up with this new system too, It’s Down again (for me anyway), I’m paying over £200 a month for software that doesn’t work as it should.

My last package cost £800 total and was on its own offline network, and worked problem free for 8 years. MTD is costing me a fortune to implement, update, administer.

And now I’m having to spend time making invoices up in excel while this system is down, and will have to install a backup system aswell for future problems, and when it’s up again I will have to reinput them on sage.

Further to our announcement of 3 June 2019, Angus hereby updates Shareholders on the results of the work programme which began at Brockham on 12 April 2019. Further works on the BR-X4Z borehole have been completed and, following analysis of the results, it is the view of the Company that, on any conventional approach, it is extremely unlikely that commercial hydrocarbon flow can be established from the Kimmeridge layer at Brockham. Supplementary stimulation techniques including hydraulic fracturing have been ruled out by the present Operator. The Company, in its role as Operator, has already made clear that it is not a proponent of the use of such unconventional production techniques in the Weald and this position remains unchanged. In the interim, whilst the Company evaluate options for the site and the Licence, including addressing the Portland reservoir, the Company announces that it has entered into preliminary discussions with a third party regarding a sale of the Company's own 65% interest in the Licence. These negotiations are at a very early stage and there can be no certainty as to the outcome including the terms on which any such sale can be made. In the light of this, the Company will be considering whether any impairment will be required in the carrying cost of the Brockham licence, currently representing 26% of the Company's gross asset valule as at 31st March 2019. The Company will update Shareholders as soon as any material development takes place. Balcombe Update The Company is pleased to announce the extension of the Second Term of the PEDL 244 Licence to 1 July 2020. Furthermore, the partners in the Licence convened on 23 June 2019 to formulate their plans for an extended well test at Balcombe and a planning application to that end is already in the process of preparation. The application is expected to be submitted to West Sussex County Council before the end of August.
