If they pay out The family then yea the family might might not retaliate but the cousins, friends, other people surrounding the area will still want “revenge” it’s human nature, and if you compensate people who get hurt when they brake the law then some others could then see it as a way of making money and potentially insight violence for their own gain.

in reality why should the company compensate the family of someone who broke the law - stealing / threatening / violence / damage to property / trespass etc etc. If they weren’t braking the law they wouldn’t have been there to get hurt.

an extreme response but it could have saved other staff members lives, we were told they were armed so it Could have gone the other way, depending on how it played out the security staff members actions could have been seen as “heroic” by some.

We will only ever know part of the story but It’s a shame that greed has claimed another victim and will haunt many others on both sides for the rest of their lives.

Similar scenarios have started many conflicts in history around the world and many have lasted decades, long term making payouts made little difference, only time does.

Be nice if they could Just issue 2.5b shares at 15p + with a set in stone promise to :
- pay the equivalent of the would be bond interest to all shares as a dividend and at the same intervals.
- and when cash generative or alternative funding becomes available or on any weakness of share price to buy them back.

Put the cash back in the shareholders pockets, instead of bondholders who will hold the bond over the company if there is any trouble in the future.

13% - 15% with or without warrants is a hell of an eye watering coupon, no one should be paying even 5% on half a billion quid in the age of negative rates.
But if its the only way to gets the job done and opens up the debt facility so be it I guess.

I think the bond and JP Morgan debt facility will be resolved purely because of the humongous fees that the facility will generate over time, plus the fees generated from trading that eye watering couponed bond will be too tempting to throw away.

Long term who knows, but short term I see a trade and expect it to be back 14p on the bond sale restarting next month.

and by hat time any prospective bond holder wanting warrants as a sweetener just managed to buy the stock in the open market at almost half the would be warrant price.

got two mm at 1.5p each for 15,000 shares then 1.3p, vs a wall at 1.8p which you can buy as many as you want from.

It’s trying to jump up the ladder but it needs more rungs along the way.

Not a system I would pay millions for but its a program I can see being sold as an easy to integrate reporting system.

Sort of system that could be copied and remarketed / rebranded and Made more interesting If they Develop the APIs for trendy subjects ie YouTube, Twitch, Instagram , revenue / views etc (I would imagine that example has high competition though )

Still I’m only invested because of the last reported cash to Mcap.

I have no clue what the acquisition could be, a guess it it could be as simple as a developer team with a few servers that has an idea or has an old offline product that needs updating to allow cloud access.

1.3 - 1.6, with 4 mm on both sides, like a brick wall.

I’ve been watching lvl 2 on this closely since getting in last week and it changes so much on little or no volume, it’s been very active for a low Mcap and normally low volume stock compared to many I’ve watched in the past.

My gut says longer term this will be bought out by an American bank wanting a UK presence, paid for in part by the profits it has made from shorting it.

What other shares do you have your eye on Ut?
