I am still very positive of the outcome here and this is what I speculate, something all are doing. The results will be as we already know and there will be a positive update for the period to end January. The ongoing suspension has enabled consideration to be give to; the disposal of the football and lotto interest as this did not appeal to the new acquisition or BOX going forward. There may be a share consolidation and perhaps an equity issue. New directors with some leaving as more details of the acquisition are set out. All speculation of course as all we have to go on is what has been released by the company.

When the relisting comes, as it will, we could also get a trading update to the end of January which was once the half year end but will now be the year end going forward. As for tripleavi maybe he/she does only have half a brain

If they want to raise money they may need to do a capital reorganisation unless any existing holder wishes to sell their holding to a new investor. On the other hand with such a low m/c a new investor may be happy to pay par value of 0.10p in a placing just to get the quote. Still cheaper than floating a new company. I have a fair holding here but well under water but expect some very positive progress this year. They will need to service running costs so there is a need to do something soon. Year end figures may also bring news.

I think we have a potentially rewarding shell in PIRI. Low m/c that is covered by liquid assets, energy focussed which is always in vogue and importantly it is clear that there will be a need to do something transformational at some stage. Some of the larger investors paid 0.10p for their holding and will expect a return either from within or tie up via a RTO.

Good point and I have previously posted that question on the Board. Perhaps to give the overdue accounts as a reason for the continued suspension was a reason the BOD thought that investors would not query too much. Although it put investors into a restless sleep it did not invite other questions/speculation. I agree that there should have been an RNS about the change but they do have a time frame and that is why we may have the answers this week so the Nomad keeps within it.

There will be no finals as such as the period end has been moved to 31 January. I for one am still very positive; the BOD have already indicated the GP to be £600k plus and going forward there will be the new acquisition to include. Perhaps this suspension has allowed the BOD to consider the future of football and lotto as neither are likely to be major/related players going forward. The acquisition was valued at some £1.6m, not an insignificant amount in relation to BOX as it was, and perhaps there will be more comprehensive news here. Also trading since 31 July was reported to be strong so more good news. This was what we new before the leak which I seemed to remember confirmed the numbers. So what we have been told is all good IMO and augers well on relisting. All gloomy posts are speculation, non of which would have been suggested prior to the leak and suspension as a result. If there have been fingers in the till which I doubt we would have known before the pre close RNS. I am an optimist, if not I would not be investing at all. It will be interesting to see how many of us posters go quiet when the RNS appears which I guess could be this week.

If the accounting period is to go to 31 January 2016 as has been posted why do we need audited accounts to 31 July?

Thanks pablo2; will certainly consider. Which trouser leg do I have to roll up? Lets hope - as I'm sure it will be - that the news is good. I feel there is little more to be said at this stage other than repeating what has already been posted by so many, that I will wait for the next RNS. GL

IanB - what do you make of the year end; we still await accounts for the year to 31 July 2015 according to his Lordship but the accounting period has been extended to 31 January 2016. Do we need accounts to 31 July? If not then these cannot be what is holding matters up. Any ideas?

My thoughts are that it would provide a quote for a reasonably sized private and South East developer.

TRAF is well placed for a RTO by a larger player wanting a quote to capitalise on the market. I am sure the Chairman and major holder with some 75pc will be up for such a deal and would accept a dilution and take a back seat.
