I would guess that the new investor and major shareholder will be conducting a root and branch exercise and that is why the year vend figures are a little late. Sellers could be the departed Directors. They seem to be cash rich so that is not the problem.

I feel that based on the year to July 15, and taking into account further organic growth together with the new acquisition earnings ps could be sufficient to justify a growth rating and a sp of nearer 3p. Last year earnings were .03p and with continued growth and additional earnings from the new business we could see eps of .06p. It will be a massive growth rating but could be well justified as the business grows organically and by acqusition. I still expect the results to be announced in May, together with a first quarter - end of April update.

Positive interest today and Robert Walters have come in with a good update. I think HVN have their figures next week and I still feel we should see a rise to £1 plus which will still be on a modest pe for the sector

I cannot help thinking that the market has got it wrong with PTCM. I realise there is a seller about and that will be dealt with in the course of time. However the recent news has been positive and we have to acknowledge that the company has been block building from virtually nothing and now has a number of good businesses within the group. The Directors top up quite often at levels higher than 7p and they should be in the loop. The current year should begin to benefit from consolidation and I believe that the operational gearing will quickly wash over fixed costs. Getting in at these low SP levels could be rewarding for those not invested and I will be topping up. Be positive and buy from frightened men as Rothschild once said.

I have not seen any Broker notes but a valuation of 110p would suggest a more realistic yield with a pe that is very attractive for the industry sector. We shall see how the market reacts to the forthcoming finals but in the meantime this is a solid company that deserves a higher rating.

The actual delivery of the rig may be the next transaction we hear about. This should generate cash into the joint venture and may provide a cash dividend to AMED for further investment.

In sterling terms we have assets of some £15m against a mc of less than £3.5m. There is no debt. It would seem as if AMED is viewed as a typical resource stock which of course it is not. It's two major investments are shared with solid partners and AMED is controlled by some very influential and well connected shareholders. There is cash and loans due, of more than £3.5m so further deals are possible. Also some of the major holders paid £1 at the last placing. AMED could see a massive re rating over the next couple of months during which time the annual results and any forecast will be tabled.

The current year will see additional sites opening and a fantastic valuation could be put on the Staplehurst site. I think the BOD and the Chairman in particular will be keen to drive TRAF forward after the dismal start of last year.

I too feel the sp has fallen to a level where the only way is up. Placing at 6p was cash for investment so someone was positive. Highly geared so any increase in revenue will have a tremendous affect on the bottom line. The results will be due soon and it will be the trading update that may well make the sp bounce back to the 6p level which at the time was at a substantial discount

They do and they will but the real SP motivator could be the news on the first three months trading to the end of April, that's why I feel the figures to the end of January could be left until the end of May/June.

I feel they will leave it as long as they can in order to post a strong first quarter update; February to April, together with upbeat prospects. The opening price may well have a sluggish start as there is bound to be a number of holders needing or wanting to sell. But within a few weeks and perhaps some good press, fresh interest and topping up in many cases we could see the SP pushing nearer the 1p level IMO.

I think the market at 75p greatly understates the potential in HVN. The results are due at the end of April so I understand, by when I feel we could see the sp nearer the £1 plus level. The yield is attractive, the management is proven and the economic prospects and currency swings are now in our favour.

Yes all good news but don't expect the results until May. This will include a good 18 months figures and an excellent update for the first 3 months of the current year. 1p should be left well behind by the end of this year IMO

Not sure what will happen here. Running out of cash will mean selling assets as raising new money will be difficult with sp well sub par value. There could be a RTO or someone wanting a listing could pay a premium and buy in. Could also delist provided the Directors could still take their salaries and dinner money. Redmond certainly not very active, only in the wine bars.

I think the accounts will be out mid April following which the suspention will be lifted and trading started. The sp will then respond to the more important figures from August through to January and prospects for the current year. We already know the results to the end of July and the more recent six months we have been told started strongly.

We now know the annual figures and that the last six months should have performed well ahead of the previous year being the stronger half. It may well be that the Auditors have done a fair bit of work in getting to where we are now but I doubt if we will have any signed off accounts until the end of April followed a lifting of suspension.

An earlier RNS told us that trading since July had been very strong so I would expect a substantial uplift in earnings for the six months. A good set of figures should see the resisting off to a flying start IMO.
