I cannot think of a good reason to even consider selling under 40p. MRG should move into a larger surplus this current year - it did better in the second six months last year and the massive investment of £15m in the rig partnership will see an excellent return and perhaps a return of some of the capital. AMED has some very influential investors - still below water in sp terms who will look to see the company grow. Turning the value of the rig into cash when sold will give a massive boost to the value of AMED. Also when the MRG brokering business terns into surplus we can expect more positive returns. Some major investors paid £1 and that is number that could be in site within the coming months IMO.

Q1 has only just finished. Any update will come with the issue of AGM details IMO. But the year should have started well with the larger group on track for annual eps of about 0.05p against 0.03p on lower capital. The sp should be well ahead of .50p in the coming months. The only thing that has changed is that those locked in have sold at relisting and perhaps flooded the market - but the business is now stronger and has a positive direction.

It would seem that at 0.23p and on annualised earnings of 0.03 the pe is about 8 which is probably fair. A lot got out on relisting and possibly took a reasonable profit. What we need now is an update or half year earnings to indicate where we are now going as a larger group. Any update could put the sp nearer 0.50p IMO

I agree the future is excellent and the first six months should demonstrate this. However not sure that the one off costs was all to do with tax issues - or have I missed something? In any event I'm very bullish, feel the market has got it completely wrong and a full year of the enlarged group will see the SP at 1p +

Figures all relate to the existing BOX with nothing from the new acquisitions. And they look good and enough to push the SP well up.

I guess they will get the figures out by the end of the week - possibly late Friday with a view to relisting on Tuesday morning. I would like to think that there will be an opportunity to spend time considering the information before dealings start. The A G M will be well worth attending.

It's the trading update that will be the important indicator as this will include the larger groups earnings potential for the current year. Organic growth of the existing businesses would probably put annual eps at nearer or perhaps more than double last years .03p but with further growth and the additional earnings and benefits of the acquisition could see annualised earnings heading nearer .10p due to massive operational gearing.

I agree IB. There will of course be a bit of a shake but new investors will be looking to get in for the longer haul. Ahead of the figures I feel that the business is gaining traction and will continue to do so. Some current investors may have grown tired of seeing their investment suspended but IMO should be looking at BOX as being a new investment with the ability to scale over the next few years providing there is no predator lurking. A strong buy up to 2p IMO. GLA

All good news and more to come in the first quarter update. The business will be gaining massive traction now and I feel the SP at suspension will be left behind on resisting and could well be helped by some good PR from the Nomad. Any thoughts on an opening SP?

I think we can expect the 18 month results and the first quarter update within the next couple of weeks. I am sure they will be very good and should set the SP moving up well beyond the 1p level.

Once the revenues start to wash over the direct and admin costs the profits will begin to scale very quickly. Such is the effect of a business like Porta with its high operational gearing. And once that happens the sp should move to well over the 10p level as more investors take a positive interest.

I still feel we can expect the results during this month (May) and I still feel a sp of 3p is likely during the coming months. Earnings of 0.03p for the year to July last saw the beginning of this growth business in a rapidly growing sector. The following six months of the eighteen more accounting period will also have been strong. The recent acquisition, the continued addition of new customers, more transactions from existing customers together with the benefit of operational gearing should see an incredible earning figure for the first quarter to the end of April. There will be sellers but new buying will push the sp higher imo.

It looks as if there is positive interest and perhaps informed buying. Still looks worth picking up or topping up.

The BOD will want to bring the sp quote back on a high so I feel we must wait until mid May, not only to see the 18 months results but more importantly trading of the larger group for the first quarter to the end of April which I suspect will be very good based on the progress of the past couple of years or so. Going forward earnings could grow substantially as new customers are found and existing customers do more business, both will positively benefit operational gearing.
