I hold 12,475,000 purchased in two tranches with an average of 0.08p including costs. After consolidation I have put something to one side to add further at the time of the next fund raise. This IMO is going to be an absolute stunning stock to hold going forward. Copper will be to the fore but Gold will be a good runner. Within the next six weeks we will have the Annual figures and admission docs.

I think cash in the bank is very important as the need to raise finance can take time, so the £3m plus will help during the early days.

Full year results due September but Scoping within next 5 weeks if they keep to their time table of second quarter. At up to 5p I rate these.

Only small buys but it ticks up. No or little stock about. Scoping Study result should be in soon and this will be interesting.

Market not overstocked according to enquiries so will expect larg upward movement on any regular buying irrespective of size. If the Study is positive then we are well funded to proceed. Perhaps the potential from the result of the Study is why funds have been retained for so long. More than £3m in the bank and no debt.

Should relist in June/July IMO. We will get the annual accounts and the admin docs all at the same time. This looks to be the biggest multi bagger for those in at about 0.08, for some time. With all of its potential there could be as much as a ten fold increase to a mc of about £120m, more or less in line with asset value. Copper and Gold looking good and ALO looks set to grow by acquisitions.

News on the Scoping Study is about due and this could be very interesting. WAFM, always a cautious company and they would not have agreed the expense of the Study unless they thought it would prove worthy of value. IMO we could see this move up in the coming week or so. At the moment it looks as if someone may know something.

The year ended in December so they have to report the figures by 30 June. I feel that this will happen and be accompanied by an Admission Document and the calling of an AGM and an EGM to approve the acquisition. The meetings could be as late as July following which we should see the consolidated shares admitted. I can see a 5-6 uplift over the suspension price when trading restarts. All IMO of course.

We have been told that there will be a consolidation and a fund raise which can be subscribed to by existing holders. On re admission I expect the subscription price to show at least a five gold increase in the sp. We have the support of two shareholders each with about 30pc.

Agree, but I do beleive that the MC could be a little ahead of half of the value of the assets, and I seem to remember Beaufort having a value for the original ALO of 0.31p. Sentiment for the sector will also play its part on re admission as will prospective earnings from the mine and the existing gold assets. The re admission price after consolidation may appeal to more institutional investors as well. At the suspension price I am a little down on my 15m.

What value on re admission? M/C at suspension including shares issued and to be issued about £12m. Assets held and to be acquired about £120m. M/C could be £60m to £120m or even higher on earnings potential. Could be a multi bagger.

It will consolidate ahead of re admission and the re admission sp should reflect a considerable increase over the suspended price. Existing holders will be invited to subscribe for additional shares.

I think that the current sp - 0.14p approximately, grossly undervalues the company when you take into account the half year figures and of course the potential. Also the Lotto division, although not making a massive contributions as far as earnings are concerned has tremendous value in the licences it holds. It is looking for a CEO and for further acquisitions so we could see an RTO at some point. The MC is low and there is positive cash on the Balance Sheet.

Looks as if we will see no value until the investments are floated. If they need to raise more money they will need to get the sp back up to 1p. Having thought about it this might be the time to average 0.60p?

Cannot understand the drop here. IRON ORE doing well so there is much to benefit here over the coming months

These cannot be far off now and there is no reason to expect them to be reasonable with further growth together with the benefit of the proposed acquisition - details expected shortly. Market has been dropping the sp on small trades but I am happy to top up as I feel the fundamentals have not changed. The half year results were good and there is no reason to expect the second half not to have been as good, notwithstanding the slower rate of growth.

Looks as if GLR is doing all right for us.

Pity them if they do. The assets are substantially above the sp and there is cash in the bank to take advantage of a sector which is recovering in reality as well as in sentiment. Still a buy at anything below 10p IMO if you can pick a reasonable amount up.
