They have been delisted - 6 months since being suspended. Next will be the readdmission.

Meaningful buys at the close. Interesting to see if it can continue in the morning.

It don't bother me. If we have read the earlier RNS we will know what is going on and when the admission document will be issued. The accounts for the year to December due by the end of June to avoid being suspended which we already are will no doubt form part of the admin document. There will be a consolidation and the fund raise at the time of the admin doc will be attractive to new shareholders and existing ones. The MC at readdmission could be anything from £60 - £120m so we could expect a substantial uplift in the value of our holdings. It will probably be mid to end July before admission is complete.

An investment in the booming Indian economy looks exciting and it would appear that they already have something lined up. There are plenty of shells etc looking at Africa but Indian provides a massive market from which two grow. I have a small interest of just over 2.4m but will add notwithstanding that suspension is a possibility. On readdmission there could be a huge re rating.

Good - that means an RTO. Dilution not a problem as I always top up at the lower price.

P nuts relative to the huge potential here. Once the copper mine is sorted they will press on with the gold mine.

PLMO will probably sell a few shares on the Oyster listing and they could of course do another fund raise. The annual report due within the next three weeks should clarify the way forward. I still would not be suprised to see them merge with GUN as they both seem to mirror each other. Quite an interesting time over the coming months with PLMO taking a more pro active position in the sector. What I would like to see is a name change that better reflects the sector it is in. Something with oil, gas, or resources should be in the name.

There will be no RTO by PLMO imo. Oyster will simply have another market for their shares to be listed. But it is of course a vg investment for PLMO and one that could begin a transformational future for the company.

Any thoughts on GUN and PLMO getting into bed together?

I thought any RTO would be into the resource sector but I find an entry into India could be quite exciting as their economy is both large and expanding. Also it would appear that there could be a target already lined up to bring to market.

Trying to work out how the loan to MRG is $1.4m rather than the $400k at the half year. The $800k came after the year end. Will have to have a more closer look.

I think HH is the Chairman but perhaps only until the RTO and BOD reorganisation that should follow.

I think one problem holding the SP back is the legacy of Leni and his flock. This is of course now on the change with new Directors and new shareholders taking stakes. There will of course need to be further departures from the BOD and new appointments made. The trick here is to forget old PLMO and consider the potential of a new company which I expect to be highlighted when the results are announced.

Clarke was brought in to do a deal and he has a good track record so it could be good and large. They have been looking at something since last August remember.

Results last year issued the end of May so we could have RTO news at the same time. If not suspension mid July. But that wont be a problem if the target is a decent one.

MJ did say the existing holders will get an invite and it will probably be by extending the placing to an open offer to existing holders. What I wonder is will it be a 1:100 consolidation or 1:1000. prior to admission.

On re admission there will be a consolidated value and a price at issue - rather like an IPO. This I guess will be determined by the Nomads and Brokers and based on asset value and earnings potential. PIs will be given the chance to subscribe in the fund raise based on their existing holdings. The placing should also allow scope for the SP to go to a premium. Effectively it will be a new company. I think MJ and his team deserve a lot of credit here.
