In each of the last two years we have had an update in Mid December, and following the Interims when we were told that the Rig was being prepared to be delivered (not for delivery) I feel we can expect the positive news we are all waiting for. Anyone considering a top up should IMO seek to do it shortly as once a sale of the Rig is out there will be little hope of buying in much below 30p. Also there could be positive news about MGR and the copper investment. GLA

Everything is weighted to the more important second half. Promotional costs and general marketing was higher in the first half for benefit during the important Christmas and New Year trading from the retailers. With the increased customer base since last Christmas sales in the second half should be well ahead. Much potential that could see the sp lift on the post Christmas update. Annual T/O of �5m which is in reach in the next couple of years will have a positive impact on the bottom line.

Interesting postings on iii - realistic and compelling.

This could be an interesting half year set of figures as they would have been building on their new customer base. It would be interesting to know if the store customers will be stocking up or at least placing orders for the festive seasons. Any thoughts on a sp value?

That's right and it will get better IMO. The re admission will be a massive transformation for Alecto and after the 300 for 1 consolidation the opening should be about �1.50p. The brokers and nomads will do the work involved at their pace rather than the demands of most of the PIs who do not know how RTOs are progressed.

It was interesting that the half year report said that the rig was being prepared to be delivered rather than being prepared for delivery (at some point) so I too feel we are almost there. An interesting few weeks ahead.

The problem that AMED has is that it is very illiquid and gets little in the way of write ups. A ticking up on small interest may happen or it will be existing holders topping up. The big move will be a rerate on positive news which of course could come at any time as it will be the actual delivery of the rig. Such an announcement may accompanied by positive trading news on the copper mines and MGRs brokering.

We should forget all about the listing and the share price. This will suspend and will return as a new company by way of an introduction. There will probably be a consolidation, fund raise and acquisition news with a new name. GW is no fool and has been cultivating the company for several months now and I expect the result to be hugely beneficial to all existing holders. So don't worry about the current share price forget it and just be grateful that you will be on the ground floor of a massive company going forward

GW paid and raised money at 0.13p so there is a floor. Once suspended they can relax and deal with the RTO

I haven't seen that GW or other large holders have sold so I guess the money will be safe even if suspended. Worth the wait.

GW will know how keen PIs are for news ahead of suspension and could well be upbeat on progress tomorrow. If there is any positive news some time tomorrow then we could be looking at 0.20pish as no one would want to be looked out at this stage.

At these levels - sub 0.15p there is little to lose IMO. A fair bit of money has been raised at 0.13p and loans converted at that level. Tomorrow is the last day for dealing if no RTO happens but even if the deal arrives we can expect suspension ahead of a listing document for an enlarged company. Also if there is a deal about to happen there could be an extension allowed by AIM. I think it happened at ALTO. The main man has too much money in this and has involved others to allow it to go down.

M/C about �3m and no news first thing. Looks as if there will be the suspension and pre any decent RTO a massive share consolidation. Do we stay or do we cut and run?

The Interims were interesting when it said that the yard was getting ready to deliver the rig. Much more positive than getting the rig ready for delivery. Not too long now I feel.

I agree - with the current sp covered by the loan to MGR and the cash at bank, any delivery of the rig which must be imminent will send the MC well higher. Timing is key but it could be days rather than weeks so its important to be invested rather than thinking about it.

Indications from the RNS suggests that the Rig will be delivered shortly and if this is the cast then it will return substantial funds to the JV. This should provide funding for further builds or a return of cash to the JV partners. In any event it will be good news for AMED and the M/C - The only unknown is could it be next week or in a couple of months. Once delivered the share price will be move up to recognise the increased asset value rather than ignoring the Rig value.

Based on an upbeat update at the AGM I think we can expect some good numbers from the Interims in the next few days

The sector seem to be doing better with share prices hitting higher values. KLN has had a torrid time but could surprise us when the interims come out during the next couple of weeks. A m/c of less than £2.5m has attractions.
