Loan stock holders are selling and there is a lack of buyers. Once this has dried up and management give updates on production the sp will respond positively.

Perhaps many of us expected too much from the relisting of the old ALO. What we may like to consider is what ALO may have looked like without the injection of the copper mine, the earnings from which will be able to develop the gold interests. It seems to me there is a determination for CRA to grow substantially over the coming years.

Perhaps you have a point GS and certainly there are substantial assets with earning potential with he additional potential of the Gold mine which can now be funded from copper cash flows. I wonder how many small investors either existing or potential may have lost interest as CRA is no longer a sub 1p stock.

Going forward we need to consider there is a massive overhang of stock that will need to be dripped out and could take months. The equity raise of 25m shares and whatever the mms were left with at about 20p at suspension could keep the sp well down for ages. It will take very good news and an influx of new investors to move the price forward. As far as the OO is concerned is the cash needed - I guess it is so who will take up the �500k? Small investors? I doubt it, so it will be the Directors or associates or perhaps it will be underwritten at a fee and then dripped out. On the other hand massive good news could be announced that will put the sp higher and encourage the original holders to take stock. What a dissapointing mess this has turned out to be for original holders.

Highly operational geared and once the production earnings are better known there should be a positive affect on he sp. At a sp of 20p the mc will still only be about �41m

I rather suspect the company will do all it can over the coming weeks to get the share price higher in order to encourage original holders to take up any entitlement

Now Riverfortt is on board Melissa could be next to join the Board. Some sweeping changes for PRS and perhaps a transformational deals all coming at once - EGM called for, Riverfort on board, fund raise and a massive cost cut in overheads. There could be substantial upside in PRS from here.

As new management seem to be taking over the future looks more positive .

I am confident we will see steady buying once the word is out that ALO has been readmitted notwithstanding that I feel it was badly handled from existing holders viewpoint. 20p should be a doddle and would mean a MC of about �40m against substantial assets and potential earnings from them. I am down on my investment like most but now see a clear opportunity to top up into something that over the next year or so will become a substantial player in the mining buisiness.

I fully agree and will add now that the market is settled. 12p seems a good value to top up at and once we see positive trading news emerge the sp will respond as there is only a small free float. Also I doubt if many non existing holders were aware of the readmission and once we see some publicity the potential will become more apparent.

The mc of �21m in no way reflects the asset value and earning potential IMO. I think the readmission has not been presented very well and once ii and LSE get their sites up we will se some interest. Beaufort have written about an mc of �54 - �65m and another has a target of 29p or an mc of �60m. We will see how things develop over the coming weeks

I feel sure we can see 1p plus and perhaps more during the next week or so. There must be something going on as KLN now seem to have got their business in order and the back office should be able to cope with more fee earners. With a MC of �3.3m at 1p this suggests there could be a fair bit to go still.

The stock they hold will have been consolidated as well. I wonder how many existing holders will out first thing tomorrow to get their cash back.

I seem to remember they were looking for 12000 pa - so on that basis it looks well on target.

Existing loyal and locked in holders will get a chance to take up stock in the raise following admission at 10p and I suspect the sp will have gone to a substantial premium to the admission price. So existing holders will be advised not to sell out when dealing starts thus not depressing the sp. Quite clever IMO

I wonder what the major shareholder thinks - surely they could have provided further funds if need be

I am well into JOG and like the sound of it being a 5 bagger by the Oil Man. However he has his bucket list coming up at the end of the month for the current year and may well include RBD. He likes the model and has spoken highly of it so I would not be suprised to see it in his Bucket List for 2018. If it's there then the sp will be pushed higher. Miss the heard and buy today.
