Very much undervalued. Cash and lones in the balance sheet are more than the mc, and there are substantial tax losses. Also the investment in the yard is in for nothing. An outstanding buy IMO

I think next week could be interesting. For those who have not done so read the note within the notes to the accounts that refers to employees. A poster on ii has picked it up and having read it I can see some mileage in the sp ahead of the AGM

With the recent resignation of the Chairman and as a Director controlling some 61pc of AMED can there be any chance that this stake could be on the markef? If you control a company you would need a compelling reason not to be on the BOD. Perhaps something is going on and further news could be with us with the finals in a couple of weeks.

To justify my claim of value. At the half year we had assets of a little over 17m dollars so let's say �15m. Current MC at 10p is about �3.3m. The potential of the assets is n for nothing so perhaps my valuation of 25p should be increased to 40p. And of course there is no hope value here as this is tangeble assets. We also have influential major shareholders so I expect some very positive progress during the coming year.

About 25p undervalued IMO but why the interest. Bound to be some positive news about the rig and related work - new orders perhaps. Also MGR could be a massive earner as operational gearing will work in its favour

If we are all honest we ain't got a clue as to what is going on here - no idea what any potential value will be or even if there will be further fund raises should any other opportunities crop up. What we do know is that RBD are in a dynamic sector with quality management and exciting assets. Importantly we hear no news which is good. I think RBD is a bit like a Swan - all very calm on the surface but beavering away underneath.

It's a bit frustrating I know but I am happy to wait as I don't want to read the RNS that tells me that had I added, held on I would have made a significant value appreciation. Top up if you can, when you can and wait for that morning RNS

I think we need to be patient here. But if we want to benefit we have to be well invested. How awfull it could be to wake up to the 7am RNS that dramatically relates the company. There will no longer be the opportunity to get in at sub 1p

Last year the results were released on 26 April so I would think it will be the same time this year. I feel this year more than previous years we can expect a more positive update as the story needs to have a beginning to an end. What we do not know is if there has been any abortive talks that have not been brought to the attention of investors. There need not be an RTO as such as a change in share ownership to a more dynamic BOD could be the way forward. In any event worth a top up at current levels of below 0.50p

Very good results IMO and it seems that the current year should see the benefit of the repositioning. Should see a rerate here to a level nearer 1.5p with further progress towards the half year figures. I don't think there will be many sellers at levels under 1.5p over the coming months.

Not a problem for me and no hurry not to delist. If it does then there will be a readmission document with a new name and together with a fund raise and consolidation.

No, I think there could be an interesting week or so before Easter and what could be brewing is Human Brands a US company looking for a quote in London. GUN already has a loan interest in HB, will earn a fee if it finds a vehicle so I feel H Harris will now be looking to reverse Human Brands into PLMO having recently pulled out of its other target. And don't forget the rapid fund raise we are having which should cover any costs. Was there really an urgeant need to raise the cash so quickly unless you had a target?

Once the meeting is over Human Brands and Fastbase are looking for a listing and GUN may well be involved in any listing. Perhaps GUN will arrange for PLMO to get involved as there seems to have been quite a rush to raise money since the proposed RTO collapsed so there could always have been a plan B. Also why consolidate? The amount of shares in issue could have been left until a new RTO was sourced. As far as I am concerned there is a deal in waiting.

With massive tax losses, a determination by the BOD who have a substantial interest and supportive shareholders all wanting the right RTO and s sp of less than 0.50p the forthcoming results could be interesting as we had a very positive half year report🔬⚱️⚱️

Human Brands or Fastbase! Both looking for a listing if you look at GUN. Perhaps also why PLMO rushed out a fund raise when there really was no panic to do so. Could be interesting.

Something could be brewing at PLMO - once the RTO was off they were quick to have other measures in place to raise funds quickly. Also the investments and cash they hold exceeds the MC. Next week could be interesting once the overall picture has been digested.

From day one I never thought the RTO was on - it was too ambitious for PLMO to expect such a larger company to reverse into it at a premium. To avoid massive dilution existing holders will need to invest further at the lower sp.

We all speculate on what is going to happen or rather what we would like to happen. The reality is that we just don't know. We can however assume with a certain amount of confidence that GW will expect his investment and devotion to the company over the past couple of years or so to evolve into a worth while investment for him and by default the smaller investors who post on this board. I can see a tremendous future here.
