Not too sure if they have suggested employment numbers may increase. This is a new one to me but I will look through the older reports to see what I can dig out. Notwithstanding, the sp at less than 2p with substantial losses etc, etc, is still an undervaluation IMO. However in a week or so we will get an update.

Perhaps but a share is only worth what it is worth and leaving underperforming money and being a stale bull is not being a sencible investor IMO. If somebody wanted control of this company which also has huge tax losses they could probably offer about 25p and get away with it. Why would a substantial investor with 61pc simply walk away?

Agree. I am sure that Karin would like to add more AMED stock to the LEG portfolio but of course he cannot as he is the Chairman of AMED. When VS lists which could be within the next year at say your £250m it would make LEGs holding worth about £17m and provide a sp of nearer 0.40p and that is without taking account of other investments. But I rather feel the new man at VS will want to see the listing at nearer £500m.

Any thoughts on what could happen to the 60 odd percent holding in AMED now that the holder has left the BOD and has not been replaced? Added to this and following the loan repayment from MGR the cash balances exceed the mc. In addition the rig and other investments are in for nothing. The half year figures could make interesting reading as could any reference to future prospects.

I think the sheer determination of the BOD, and we must not forget they added one last year - and who in their right mind would be happy to take on a role for £1 a year - the listing and the substantial tax losses continue to hold my interest here. Importantly for me was the hint that they expected staff numbers to increase in 2018. Why on earth would these guys bother to keep a company with a mc of less than £1m going?

It is possible the market asked for stock to meet demand. It dose happen and can be a condition of an ii being offered stock in the first place.

I don't think it will come back. It will still be losing money during the first half and we know they have been paying bills with shares and of course the auditors will need paying. There is nothing to sell apart from the lotto business and although it could have decent value any cash will be needed to clear debt.

The sp creeps up at the rate of 0.05p at the moment but when the drill results filter through they will be moving by 0.5p and that is when real returns will show for long term holders. The mc is about £25m at 1p but if the overall investment portfolio is valued at £250m at the end of the drill season then what price the shares?

I suspect the local council is made up of a load of wanna be politicians who only want to retain their ward seats and be seen to be trying to keep keep the voters happy who quite naturally don't want oil in their back yard. But of course the nation wants to be as self sufficient as it can be so I trust that at appeal it will happen. Then the council can say "don't blame us we turned it down"

We simply don't know but I suspect that the two CEOs have a pretty good idea of the overall potential here. I would think that they have done their DD and I would not be suprised to see all come in positive. Were that to be the case then we can forget about sp values as they would look rediculous in relation to the current 1p. Those running the business know exactly what it is all about and interestingly I feel there will be more positive comments from Malcy and his Bucket List going forward. I do not think that the current mc of about £25m in any way relates to potential value and the recent broker target of 2.6p will be left behind over the coming months when we will be hit with regular updates.

Suspended just as I thought and I feel sorry for those caught holding. There is no value in BOX I am afraid and the revalued asset was the first clue that they needed to bolster the Balance Sheet. I think what they do is so close to being regulated that there is no way the auditors will sign off the accounts. The Lotto business will be hived off prior to the rest of the business slipping into administration as any confidence in clients/customers would have been lost.

There is some quite serious buying here with of course justification. My problem is holding and not wanting to top slice which of course is easy when you have a reasonable profit. So I am now tempted to remove RBD from my list and revisit the sp in a months time hopefully see a massive increase in my wealth!

If we reflect I do not believe there are many of us who thought the sp would be as low as it is today. I am happy to stay but on reflection there was over hype at the time of Alecto.

There are so many positive drilling reports to come and further acquisitions to be made that I cannot see RBD trading at anything like the 2.6p suggested. That IMO is very conservative. Also Malcy is a very keen supporter of the two CEOs and the potential that I see nearer 5p at the end of the first drilling results.

I must confess I am a little suprised that the sp has not recovered after TR provided liquidity to the market. All good news to come at the half way IMO. Second half of last year produced a profit of £480k, the chairman has told us that the current year is ahead of expectations and RK has paid down debt as trading is good. So if KLN can turn in a profit of £1m we would be on a pe of 10 at 3p and it could be better as the sector is doing well. Looking beyond the half year figures I would be expecting a simple rerate to a mc of at least £10m. This is not hype or ramping but a view on reading what is in the public domain.

No figures yet could mean that the auditors will not sign off the accounts, perhaps doubting the fair value of assets. Figures need to be out by 31 July or they will be suspended. If that happens it will be lights out IMO so I will be outing on Monday as I do not have the confidence they will survive.

I have a fair holding here and can see this £5m cap company worth considerably more once the good news flows in over the coming weeks. Also I can see the potential of corporate activity with Humber that could transform UJO. Also I have tremendous respect for DB who is IMO one of the most passionate oil me you could ever find. Even without positive news flow there is a potential for the mc to be nearer £10m.

Small sells seem to push the sp down every now and again and it is as if the bigger picture has been lost here. All eyes are on the sale of the rig which will of course provide huge cash inflows into the joint venture for further investment or a divi out. But excluding any value in respect of the JV we have the earnings it can provide as was the case in the second half of the year. The copper mine is an investment pure and simple but MGR is another potential money earner as having paid back its loans to AMED it is probably self serficient and profitable. There is good cash balances and no gearing. So with assets of 50p and with substantial earning potential why do we have a sp of 10p ?

The indication is September but I rather fancy it could be the end of August. The second half of last year was very good and will have continued into the first half as hinted by the Chaimans report. Debt being paid down from positive cash flows suggests good profits are being made. Grossly under priced in my view and even 3p would only value the business at £10m

Agree dtc. The assets here are about 50p or about five times the current sp but all eyes are on the rig which of course is important but it is the other interests that are generating profits. Also interesting to note that MGR repaid its loans to AMED post year end which could indicate the business is moving well into positive cash and is profitable. The yard was very profitable during the second half so we need to look beyond the sale of the rig which is a bit of a smoke screen IMO
