The next fund raise by VS I suspect will put a much higher value on it than the current £66m and could be well over the £100m mark and would make LEGS investment worth close to £10m. The interest in NZ could be worth more than £1m and with other investments and the recent £500k raise total LEG assets could be worth more than £12m which swamps the current MC. This will become more apparent later but if you want to capitalise on LEG then the shares should be bought ahead of the crowd.

Only a couple of days before the figures are announced and it willl be interesting to see if the improvement hinted at at the half way has continued. Low mc, not very liquid with only one mm and the business focused on the oil sector which is flying at the moment offshore Scotland, supported by assets of £2 per share and with substantial tax losses the sp could be ready to respond. A dull company perhaps but look beyond what you see as there much more to be had IMO

These are due by the end of August and we may well have the AGM ahead of this so I rather feel that with the BODs positive message in the notes within the final results, the coming weeks could be interesting. There has been little interest on the investment front for several weeks but I am sure the Swans legs have been thrashing away. All considered I feel the sp could well move higher ahead of any news with the Interims.

Any thoughts on the copper price and how the lower levels affect profitability?

Take a look at the full year figures and you will see there was a very impressive profit during the second half of the year from the yard. If this continues for a full year then earnings could be very impressive without any input from the sale of the rig. Interims could be a very positive for the share price IMO

Very interesting and I can see the football and the lotto business being sold off as well. There is much to come and I can see the sp advancing in the coming days.

Do we have a date yet. Very quiet on the trading front but of course nothing has changed. The next RNS I expect a deal to be announced which should push the sp a fair bit higher. Current sp waiting for news but of course when it comes it will be too late and it will be well up.

The company's improved trading has enabled the reduction in debt to be made. Very good news which brings further reductions in the interest charge for the second half. Trading started to improve last year a we can expect a very positive outcome for the first half results to be announced at the end of next month. A sp of 3p caps the business at £10m. Earnings for the full year could easily justify such a rating IMO.

These are due by the end of the month and with the oil sector on the up there could be a positive update for the current year. Assets are worth about £2 so an RTO by an oil focussed company could be on the cards.

If there had been any problems we would have heard by now. The results are due soon and we can expect news of a new Fintech driven CEO. The lotto business will be hived of and should be worth a fair bit as the licences are worth a lot of money. The football will be kicked into touch. I think ther has been a lot of work during the past year to refocus the business on pure Fintech activities, businesses and management - most for shares as an incentive. Once the future is fully appreciated the potential value will become apparent.

Substantially undervalued at current levels and should be a lot higher in a week or so and a value of £200m would not surprise in twelve months when all of the assets will have attracted more investors. Nearly 7p - seems a lot but still p nuts for the potential value.

These are due within the next couple of weeks or so and I cannot help but feel that something is going on here. Market Access could be an interesting set up with Harris earning a fair percentage of BOX if he gets it right. A new CEO could be announced with the results and who could that be and what could he bring with him? MC is low and cash is being preserved as shares are being issued instead of paying for services. Tax losses so is an RTO being set up? Could be an interesting couple of months?

The news today is incredible and interesting to see Humber involved. I think the Humber interest in UJO and in this particular investment could be pivotal for UJO going forward and could be a driver for the company

Figures this week? However if they leave them to the end of the month it could be because they want to provide the latest developments at the yard. With a mc equal to cash, near cash, the investment in the copper mines and the investment in the yard in for nothing the real value could be revealed in the coming weeks.

We can expect the results this coming week and hopefully we will have more news than just the results. Oil price on the move and good news expected on the rig which I feel is pivotal for the future of the company.

Although it is a bit of a speculation I think that all the ducks have been lined up. Leave it too late and I think that many PIs will miss out on a massive increase in the sp. Tax losses and a quality BOD who could have done a deal six years ago puts RGP in a position of strength in shells looking for a RTO .

With the recent fund raise it looks as if there could be a further investment in VS coming. The last time VS took more investment it was valued at nearly �70m. If the next raise puts a value of �100m on it it will put a value of nearly �7.5m on the Leg investment. With a current MC of about �4m it makes you think.

Buyers in control - but not large. I wonder what the sp resonce would be if we saw a large buyer appear? MMs seem a little nervous on the sp or investors are simply not selling. Should this push up to 2p it would still be dwarfed by huge tax losses and a decent listing.

Results by the end of the month and a clearer picture of the $17m original investment in the yard hopefully - with these assets not being acknowledged in the mc of �3.5m. Also it will be interesting to see how well MGR has been doing with its additional lending from AMED and if it has developed additional business from the investment from the copper mine. No problems for AMED on the cash front as it is cash positive and has investors with deep pockets and with the oil and copper prices moving up there could be corporate activity. Maybe worth a top up in the run up to the figures if anyone is cash positive. GL
