Quite a large buy towards the close - will be interesting if it is the Woodgates as it is about .25pc or quite a lot for a typical investor in such a small unknown company.

Interesting to see two Woodgates buying in on a regular basis. Are they related do we know? Between then they hold nearly 10% enough to call an EGM. Would they be trying to stir anything up do you think? Only been here a few months and have just had a look through the RNS list

I think we can expect some positive news flow going into the coming weeks with these being reflected in a better sp. I know there are several unhappy investors here but to my mind the heavy lifting has been done and there is a much better base to grow the business from. The last set of figures suggested we were looking for transformational acquisitions and although we have heard it all before I have faith in SS to deliver. Those who are unhappy should either sell or take a more objective view of the potential and perhaps add to get something back. I know of no investor who has never made a bad investment and unless they have they should not be investing at all.

I feel we are well undervalued in addition to Brand shielding which provides tremendous profit growth due to the operational gearing, we have the investment in WeShop which will come to market some time probably by an RTO and the interest in the exploration company which could have considerable value.

Perhaps news from Red Setter is already known hence the appointment.

I feel sure that the banks will look for a commitment from the owners in our case. But we wil see.
Anyway I am content with the longer term and am sure we will emerge OK. I do however feel we could be on the end on an offer during the recovery period.

I think you will find that SS is now driving this and it is probably due to him that funding is likely to be made available.

Could be another Zephyr in the making - new additions to the BOD seem a little bit more focussed and looking for deals.

JBB, I am quite happy to have warrants providing a flow of cash and perhaps commitment into any company but what I would like is for any warrant exercised not to be allowed to be sold for at least three months of exercise, thus not cashing in and knocking the sp back. Would that ever happen? I doubt it.

You may be right Boom and the sp could be 20p by summer and I hope you are fight for those still invested. I have made my investment and have exited taking a modest profit. Please take on board that us PIs do not compete against each other, we are out to beat the market and at the moment there is little that investors can do when suspended and I hope there were not many with open positions at suspension.

Yep will will see and I don't for one moment think we will see the company fail, but we may need to be patient.

Be careful. At the moment the 117m shares in issue are valued at nearly £3m with about £200k in the bank. The proposed 3.3m share issue at today's price puts the value up to nearly £10m but still only £2,200k in the bank. A lot of faith with any acquisition bringing a fair bit of dilution.
