It looks as if the BOD may be putting something in place. New blood on the Board and they have said that they will use paper in any acquisition.

I think the Mayakan issue when settled will come as an added bonus. For the coming months I think we will be getting positive news from our other interests.

Very happy with progress here not only on site but with the sp. All my buys have been below 1p and given time feel the value will increase. IMO ZPHR is quite unique in so far as the BOD are well invested, and local grants have demonstrated the value of the prospect. No doubt there will further acquisitions in due course as the business is grown. For some time Malcy has been positive which I feel is a further endorsement. The next few months will be interesting.

Although our sp seems to be flat most of CBs other runners are performing well both in projects and sp. Copper/Gold and Manganise are our stock in trade and will be wanted by the larger players as resourses run down so I am happy to be able to accumulate at below 0.30. CB is always keen to promote progress and I am sure it won't be long before he pops up with a positive RNS. I still feel he could look to consolidate his interests to become a vertically integrated miner in Africa and will divest any non African assets in the coming year.

SP very flat but I am sure there will be something going on behind the scenes. I still feel we should use our shares to buy income producing assets whilst waiting for existing projects to mature. Also we have ongoing costs to meet. We also have substantial tax losses that could be of use to a new acquisition so could be an interesting few months ahead.

Morning to all invested. As posted I was out at 1.95 but continue to follow and clearly should have held on for a lot more So much to hindsight. Would I buy in again at 3p probably not. Even with a RTO prospect why would any target take stock from a company with a mc of £14m but only £2m of cash? As a rule it is the shell worth £500k that issues shares in an RTO that then makes the shell worth £14m. No doubt all will become clearer but I cannot see a target taking stock at 3p.But GL

Agree and main market listing draft with FCA. Earlier Broker note was for 21p if I remember .

Correct Kev I am not invested in GGP but it is because of the high market value with no earnings that some holders may consider taking something off the table and move to a lower cap company. I have had a look at GGP but due to the current value and the need to raise more funds to progress the projects before any revenue is generated I have held off. As ever I expect to be proved wrong.

So what's the mc here when the new shares are issued - about £8m at the current sp. We have a fair bit of hope value then before any shares are issued for an acquisition.

The 150k was my buy if it helps adding to an existing holding of 600k. I have every confidence and respect for Brett and am sure he will deliver.

At 2p the MC would still be less than £14m - so much more to come in my view.

My view for what it may be worth is that GGP is very overvalued and any investors there may wish to take a look at Wishbone and Techtonic Gold on Aquis as they are about to kick in with their own prospects.

Sub 1.5p could be an opportunity to buy or even top up. Can see Brett putting a story together and preparing a prospectus for a main listing in the next couple of months. Good luck to all

I think the Mankayan deal will be good when completion takes effect but we need to note that we have other potential prospects in the portfolio, including the more recent deal with TIR

The slightest hint of positive news from any of our prospects should restore the sp to well over the 0.30 level and I am confident that this we will see from CB in the coming weeks.

Grossly undervalued IMO and CB will make it work - he is very much committed to BZT
