I think TIR will turn out to be CBs master company - it already has holdings in his other interests.

There is also the investment in the resource company where the holding I beleive is greater than that held by POW, and an investment in WeShop that is looking to come to market. BRSD will no doubt benefit from operational gearing as more international companies sign up and when they break even all new revenues will hit the bottom line.

The interview with Malcy on Monday will be of interest and could lift the sp to 1.5p.

I agree and Malcy has always said that PPC was grossly undervalued so I expect a positive comment from him at some point.
PL is well worth supporting imo as everything now seems to be coming together for the company.

The trick now is not to be spiked out by the sp rise as there will be so much more positive news to come. Colin and his team have so much more to bring to the table if you listen to early interviews.

Tend to agree. Brett has already said it wants to move to a higher market and no doubt will do this when operations have better consolidated. A comprehensive and positive prospectus will be published ahead of any move and the sp will be a lot closer to the 5.35p that has been mentioned in the broker note. Now is an ideal time/price to add imo.

A usefull buy by a new Director. Something afoot I think.

Not too sure we need to consider building related businesses going forward. I think there will be a new BOD that will move us forward. Why spend money on reorganising the share capital when it is not of any help to the existing operation. Why would a new Director join the Board? Expect a fund raise soon but also expect an acquisition away from house building. Assets are being sold and cash accumulated. So with a low MC I think we can expect some interesting developments in the short term.

But may well need some buying to push it along.

I agree that this is not the time to be leaving BOIL but more the time to be investing. I feel sure that the current BOD are sorting the assets with a view of providing a platform for others to take the business forward. The £30m of tax losses together a number of licences should be tempting to any seeking an RTO within the sector. Zephyr are doing it with Rose so why not here? GLA and stick to the rules.

Yep, potential investors will not want to leave it too long if they want to be in by the update which is only a few weeks away. So before the month ends we could see the sp tipping the 40p level which will then be underwritten by the trading update.

Yes I think we could see a rerate here and I feel that any offer would have to come soon if there is to be one as the price to be paid looks to be moving up. If there is no offer it would not bother me as I feel we have the management in place to see STAF over £2 in the next 18 months or so.

By all accounts the junior mining sector should have a bumper 2021 and perhaps beyond, and I am sure that CB would want to see that before he folds his tent. Perhaps he will be looking to get all the ducks lined up ahead of a sale to a major. The potential sum of the parts at GLR are substantially greater than the current MC in my view.

I have been in UJO for some years and am a great fan of all of the management. Ahead of us now we have Wressle with its initial production at a restrained rate of 500pd but I suspect this will be allowed to increase over the coming months. Then there will be WN and BIS. This positive news will be with us in the coming few weeks or possibly days, and given this I would expect a considerable rerate by the MM with investors having to pay a meaningful price. Broker notes have varied between 0.55p and 0.80p but this could be conservative if there is a substantial value put on the WN prospect which DB has hinted would be sold - not doubt with production royalties for us going forward.
