Still cannot help thinking that JL will either sell out or take the business of the company private and leave the quote for the market. Shell, SPAC, RTO, call it what you will, I cannot see the economics of keeping us listed. Any ideas?

As posted earlier - deal already lined up when suspended. So with a bit of patience we will see where we are likely to be going.
Resource, Crypto, Cannabis, who knows? But it could be exciting over the coming days/weeks.

My point is that you don't get to raise £3m and find there are a couple of new directors on board overnight. Grant - Rennick seems to be on the BOD of a number of companies including AAA which I know nothing about but appears to have come from nowhere. So I take the view that this was all lined up before MOGP decided to sell the trading assets and then raise the £3m which was oversubscribed. And it all happened very quickly. We don't of course know what the £3m will be used for but you can bet it will be soon - perhaps with a few shares to make an acquisition. So IMO a MC of less than £6m, with £3m in the bank is an interesting place to start

At current levels I feel that any new investor will not be paying too much of a premium over the placing price which was oversubscribed. Should not be too long before we get an RNS AS I suspect that things were all lined up well before the original suspension and of course once news drops then sub .30 should be left well behind imo

If the new BOD want to do anything with this they will need the sp to be nearer the 5p level imo.

Is no news good do we feel?

Perhaps the BOD have decided to fold their tent and go. Or quite possible any RTO as we know can take time putting together but it would be reassuring to hear from the BOD that positive progress continues.

Having been here for several months I feel sure we will not have to wait too long now. With the directors holding their combined 30% and the price of oil on the way up it should not be long before we make a move. Of course the directors could change direction with this SPAC which seems to be what the market likes at the moment.

Any news from the underworld?

Have found it easy to add a fair few more during the past weeks as lack lustre interest and consolidation seems to have had a negative effect. But of course nothing has changed apart from the price of oil which has risen. So has our licence interest and it is apparent to me, and always has been that we will become the largest on shore oil business within a couple of years although I expect a major will have knocked on DBs door by then. With the share consolidation there will be more interest in the company as it will no longer be seen as a sub penny stock.

Used to here before, moved on but have decided that this prospect may have some long legs. We can be certain that any acquisition was set up well before the new investors arrived so we can expect positive news soon IMO.

All the ducks will have been lined up long before now as will have any acquisition or RTO. The chairman with his 10% has stayed on, new directors appointed within 10 minutes so we can expect an announcement soon IMO. Who knows what it will be and where the sp may go - no doubt a bit higher than we are now.

The Royalties will be good income going forward.

Why, we have some interest. Problem here is there is no liquidity but it could make a useful shell given current market interest in resource stocks. I have been here for years always hoping but............
