Having moved on from the recent P&D it looks as if those LTH and others who see huge value here are getting on top.
Our assets have huge potential and we must remember that we recently bought the Manganese interest from Tiger, in shares, which is another CB favourite vehicle which now holds nearly 3%. We are grossly underrated IMO but this I feel will change in the coming months.

Yep, and Edwards has increased his holding to nearly 6pc. When the wider market takes a look we may see the sp push higher. Doubt if there is much stock around and I expect they have a target for some of the raise.

DiscovOre looks to be an interesting investment if there is any stock on Aquis.

So cash in the bank £2m and MC of £4m. I think the valuation is still too much. And does it matter if the target is to be value enhancing if the sp drops to the cash value of 0.44p.

I think both Brandshield and Evrima will sell to POW and are possibly already in discussions ahead of an independent valuation.

Stock constantly trying to go better until there is a load dumped, so I think once the overhang has be absorbed we should move back over the 0.08p level at least. But of course no idea how many there is still to go.

It is true that the value is in the target Bebeto but the holders of the target stock will not want overpriced stock in exchange for theirs. A modest premium perhaps but not 2.5 times.

Unfortunatley Fanta we have children on this board who have lost their dinner money and should not be investing their pocket money. Steeltitan is one. As far as I am concerned with a new Chair who is well respected, together with higher oil prices and higher production the future looks very good. Try and ignor Steeltitan and his sad followers although they will be on the case with further repetition and insults in the coming days. Let's see how he children react .

Why would any RTO target take stock at 1p or even 0.70p when we only have assets of 0.40p? It would be cheaper for them to do their own IPO. I cannot see anything positive happening until there is a better alignment with the sp to asset value. If the sp is 0.60p which allows for the cost of the quote, then I feel a deal could be done. I am sure there will be candidates out there but not at current sp levels.

What I have always liked about PPC is the total commitment PL and RS have had and in my view it's beginning to come right. The sp was about 9p just over a year ago since when things have only got better. Pandemic apart, oil is in the ground, the price of oil is on the up so I expect to see the sp nudging the 9p level again within the year.

One day the market will wake up to the potential here. As far as I am concerned I keep accumulating at these levels. C B is a shrewd miner and with Tiger owning nearly 3pc, BZT with its substantial copper and manganize interest is likely to be nearer the 1p level by the end of the year IMO

Of course we don't know but we do know that there is a knowledged BOD in place and advisers have now been appointed. We are told they are looking at a number of prospects that could be acquired, mainly by the issue of shares. ASMO looks to be a potential winner and an attractive shell to invest in. It is well below the radar of many of those who invest in resourse stocks but once news hits the market the mc could increase dramatically IMO. Perhaps the potential here should be flagged on other boards.
