Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Just keep adding.
Couple of large sales so I wonder what is going on.
Yep, very annoying that the 30th June came and went without a word. Perhaps there is no progress in the prospect or there are odds and ends to tidy.
Massive share consolidation and we all end up with about 10 shares.
Lords, go onto their website and listens to Jonathon Leathers talking about Jamaica. 29 March about 30 mins if I remember. As I have posted a few times and not trying to ramp, the mc here should be considerably higher than £30m given Egypt alone. With Italy shortly and the prospect in Jamaica our mc should be nearer £150m, then we have the UK licences. I think the market will be very impressed with the half year figures that will relate to Egypt alone, given the price of oil and increased production.
Do we've need to factor in any cash collected on the exercise of the warrents?
Way undervalued we certainly are and even if the sp doubled the mc would still be less than £60m and I suspect Egypt alone has the potential to be worth more. BL and Malcy have always questioned the markets value relative to Egypt without the potential of Italy and Jamaica. The half year figures should give us a good indication of how the oil price and the increase in production is improving the bottom line but we will probably have positive updates before then.
Not quite sure why the sp drop yesterday. New shares added about £4.5m to mc or about 5pc and in the announcement I kept seeing "additional" crop up. Malcy took a positive view to add at the lower sp so I did. Current mc lower than at the end of last week but potential considerably higher.
I feel that if you are looking to buy in ahead of all the forthcoming news including moving to the OTC then my personal view is that the sp is not going to fall much lower having been to 7.5p. I have topped up a fair bit today feeling the current MC is miles adrift.
MC of less than £50m with more than 50pc of WN and other interests. As before we can expect a bounce back to 0.70 in the short term before the value of WN becomes more apparent. Hold on and be patient as games are being played with PIs investments. Nothing has changed and the potential value of WN is still there. Have a listen to Malcy on TMS as I am sure he knows more than al of us put together.
Last year the turnover was about 9m for about 10months and very low oil prices and production.
For the current 6 months to the end of June I would expect a substantial rise in turnover following a much improved oil price and much higher production. At £25m I rate us as substantially undervalued and I expect a strong move upwards for the sp during the coming weeks.
MC still p nuts relative to the potential. Income and reserves still justify an MC of between £300 and £500m. OTC listing will push the MC well over the £100m as the Americans will love to buy into the story.
It's all about the MC as far as I can see and all ready posted. Todays MC is too low and I am looking for £300 -£500m.
I have a small interest is All Star quoted on Aquis and it's interesting to see that Harebottle and others from Gemfields are taking an interest. Perhaps All Star will be a future Gemfields but with a better outcome for investors. We will see. GL All.
Rather than the SP, although it relates, I tend to look at a potential MC and for ZPHR I consider a MC of between £300 and £500m given the potential income and asset. So with the current issued capital a SP would be in the 30p -50p range. This of course could be out of the window with the forthcoming entry on to OTC
Seems to have been time spent on the website. I wonder when they will make a buy in the gems sector and who will be brought on board and how quickly IH wants to build the company. No doubt there are a few targets in the frame and the recent interview with Proactive suggests they are close to an acquisition.
