Prospects and potential looking good but in the short term there will be a need to address the BS which shows £14m of borrowings costing in the region of £1m pa. I was a little suprised not to have the half year figures which no doubt are ready and will probably come with a fund raise. We need to sort the balance sheet out to progress the business so will need additional permanent capital: possibly debt for equity, placing and or a CLN. So I would expect a figure in the region of £5m perhaps more will to be needed. Any thoughts from those in the know?
Not a bad outcome for holders and we must thank the BOD for their work in connection with the position we now find ourselves in. I have a reasonable holding and look forward positive progress going forward. I suspect we could move into the resource sector. Congratulations to CW.
I'm with you guys. In MOP PL is a man to follow - has done everything to drive the company forward both financially and dedication. He has no control over the sp and if there are those on this board who do not appreciate what he is doing the answer is in their hands - simply move on.
Fortitude, I am a holder here with a fair holding. But I have to say that you post as if your are, or are close to GC. Almost as if you are trying to talk the sp up in order to have another raise. If the assets are there, and I think they are then we don't need to pump but simply buy. I feel if we cannot capitalise on what we have then there will be some one out there who will give us good value and enable us or GC to have a clean shell with cash in the bank. We will see.
I think you will find that when there is little interest in a stock the MM will widen the spread. But when active the spread will close. Even with a wide spread your broker should be able to close the price. If you trade electronically it may not be as easy to deal inside. As far as BZT is concerned it seems to be a little too low in my view.
You may well be right WB, Africa copper operation as mentioned by the BOD. Now of course may well be the time to embrace the surge in the resource market. The investments we have have value but I do think it is time we became more proactive. Even at 2p our mc would only be £3m ish.
What makes you think your friend dropped 10ml of oil? But I agree that now is a good time to invest. I note that you have no opinion and 8 posts and Ilook forward to your knowledge thoughts. Do you hold here?
I think there could be more to it than that. Bruce Rowans' estate owns a fair bit and that could be breaking up. Also they have been talking about being more proactive as the resource sector gathers interest. An RTO? New Director? Not too sure where the shares keep coming from or who may be picking them up. MC still very low.
So wot is going on? Something surely is as the sp has moved by almost 400pc in about a month. Someone is taking all the stock that comes on to the market. Very low cap and perhaps the estate of the estate of the major holder is about to shift.
