As posties, it is our fault that the share price is down.

Many on this board blame us, and our attitude to "work".

Yet, not one single shareholder here has blamed the D.O management.

If i'm a lazy POS, then why wouldn't my COM pull me up on it?

If i want 6 hours o/t for doing a full delivery, and it only took me 2 hours, why would my COM still pay me 6 hours the following day for the same work.

We are still running with vacancies. So i assume these will no longer exist. Plus,as per the not agreed agreement, the DPR's would be offered to RM staff first. If this could not be filled, then RM could seek other options.

Top of the head calculations suggest to me that the vacancy hours + DPR hours = hours taken out.

Interestingly though, VR terms if i've read it correctly, revert back to the previous MTSF agreement.

So, if your office is overstaffed, post revision, then that may be on the table.

What would happen if you had surplus because nobody wanted the DPR's, i couldn't say.

All the above is my opinion only.

I hear on the grapevine that circa 270 hours (7 full time duties, or 9 part time) are meant to be taken out of my office, starting in July.

4 DPR's to be put in.

There will be no full structural, as there isn't the money.

I'm looking forward to this. The last revision only partially works because of the agency staff still employed. I have a feeling that this could get slightly chaotic.

The first was about the re-assays and why we had not heard about these further tests. Brad answered that there were no re-assays left in Peru. So, i assume the 10g/tonne was significantly lower. Surely any further results would have been price sensitive information?

The second question was about how long before OMI went down the legal route to force MMA's hand, regarding the JV.

No surprise that this was not even addressed.

For example: You tell 40 posties that they are going to get 100 dp's each to deliver to, and they'll be up in arms.

You tell the same posties that it's job and finish, they'll moan like f**k, but finish early.
