I got it right. Made a grand and I published it here.
I did have a buy order in at 145p for 12 grand (11 grand plus my earnings) but I have now reduced that to 115p. I didn't expect the price to be so low. And while my original buy in price was nearly triggered, and I could've sold at profit, I have a feeling that IA is going to decimate the price.
Prior to the last failed IA attempt, I didn't think the price would fall until IA had actually taken place.
I now have a feeling that if the ballot is successful, with a very large turnout and majority vote. the markets will crush the price. The feeling is not good with the workforce!

The fact that there have been delays with the DFS, and the BOD's willingness to cascade that information, fills me with confidence.
That willingness is not something that you will see from your everyday junior miner.
It tells me that they know they are sitting on something with huge potential.

I also think that the placing shares are being sold down, which is currently keeping a lid on the price. As well as forcing it down. 100% + upside for the placees at todays prices. I'm in for a little more profit though.

Lets get the DFS out of the way first.
History with other companies tells me to be cautious. But the noises the BOD are making makes me feel a tad optimistic.
Hence my top up today.
I do not think we have long to wait.

Done a dummy sell for 100K at the same time. Price 2.6p

I totally agree with your post. If it's enshrined in law, why not just pay out?
I can't answer that, other than to state the obvious. That it would be severely detrimental to the business.
As for 1M a week: That's a possible top end figure I was given, but not sure if it's accurate. I assume that if you have base overtime figures, the non payments could be arrived at as an average.

I'm not sure what constitutes a lot of overtime, but if a manager is asking, I'm sure that there's a saving somewhere.
This will be coming to fruition soon though.

I had a court date last month. It was cancelled by the courts because RMG stated they were in talks for a resolution.
I tried to claim from April 2017. It wasn't a great deal of money.
The proposal that RMG have put to the CWU had so many conditions it was rejected straight away. It would've meant that the majority of employees would receive next to nothing, my area rep informed me.
We have had claims paid out in my office for 1 weeks leave, and I believe that there have been a few claims in the area going back at least a year.
Should all claims be upheld, going back three years, the figure of 1M a week has been suggested. Of course this is not just about claiming retrospectively, it's about going forward too.

From my recent experience, it actually doesn't matter how many staff are in a MC.
The distribution of work to where it should go is shocking. This will only get worse and facilitates a race to the bottom.
The scanning procedure in my office, while accurate, will never reflect what happens in a MC, just so they can get the mail out of the door.

That FM released a "we know of no reason why" RNS.
He did exactly that on 21.05.19 quickly followed by a further 2 RNS's.

What automation is there in my office? None.
Parcels are not "walk sorted" so every single parcel is manually handled at least twice before delivery, in my office.

You will probably have heard that the CSS machines are being removed in certain MC's. This is apparently due to the lack of letters and the need for parcel sorting machines.
How much extra time do you think it will take to prep a full duty, if mail is only walk sorted not walk sequenced. All extra work for posties.

Sadly, you don't believe what i'm saying. I will reiterate though, you can't get blood out of a stone.

Not that I think you actually care, more that I will trip up, but i'll answer you.
A new starter will be part time.
So a F/T 38hr leaves and is replaced with 28 and 3/4 hr P/T. (Not 25 hours like wolvesposty mentioned)
You would call that natural attrition as 9+ hours are saved. Apart from the fact that if all F/T leavers were replaced by P/T staff, there would be nobody to do the sorting and prepping.
How do RMG combat this? They uplift the most senior P/T person to F/T, thereby retaining the F/T and P/T staffing levels that were agreed with, guess who.
