3 - The issue of seniority was an initiative put together by the CWU and Royal Mail. It is written up In an agreement and is described as a bonus for long standing employees.

You will be on minimum wage if RMG have their way. You won't know your arse from your elbow. You will be dictated to on a daily basis and your hours, while they may still be 30 hours or more, you will find that this will be utilised fully at the discretion of management. No more weekends for you. Annual leave? Whenever it fits in.

I was under the impression that RMG owned GLS.
Didn't they buy GLS from a certain gentleman called Rico erm! erm! I can't quite remember his name.

You are negative on RMG yet you hold. Why would you hold if you think that parcels from asia and letter volumes are decreasing?
And if you're buying on the dips, you've been buying ever since Mr Back took charge. You must have millions of shares!
The good thing is, that once the price is 115p, i'll buy in and you and I will be singing from the same hymn sheet.
In the meantime i'll just acquire through the matching shares programme.

RMG profits are now being given to the shareholder, myself included. That is why we're having this discussion.
The reduction in hours was agreed. Unfortunately Mr Back decided to release the very people who were meant to be overseeing this. As you know.
The 6% over 3 years pay rise is under RPI and CPI. It was offered, not requested. The 2020 pay deal is a totally different thing.

So maybe you can answer this.
Why are all managers guaranteed a bonus this June? This was cascaded October 2019, I think. It's at least 4 figures. And it was discussed on this board.
So everything is going wrong and what do RMG do? Guarantee their managers a bonus 8 months down the line.
A bonus for what? Failure?

This troubles me. You clearly think that parcel volumes, as well as letter volumes will drop. Thereby impacting profits. Thereby impacting share price. Yet you haven't sold.
I can understand that you have a long term plan, but you are clearly negative about RMG in the short(ish) term.
SELL and buy back cheaper.

Word reaches me that ant claim for these payments must be calculated over 52 weeks and not 12 weeks.
If that is the case, another reason for a drop in price. After a strike of course.
115p is looking very achievable.
