@ Broch. The recommendation is that your break is taken in the middle of your shift. You are allowed to take it 2 hours after your duty starts, but not before, and not within the last 2 hours if its your full break.

I start at 6.30 not 9.00. Our part time staff start at 8.30.
Our meetings are usually at 8.30 onwards.

More inaccuracies, but as an anti union postie you probably are not aware of the following. Any time for CWU meetings comes out of your meal relief. Should the meeting go over 40 minutes then that time has to be given back.
And FYI, there was no meeting in my unit yesterday.
What time do you normally finish on Tuesdays?
I finished my round 10 minutes early but done some sorting until my time.

You may also remember that I sold out at 217p.
And I have a buy order for 12K at 145p. Although the way the price is dropping, I may revise that lower. Due to the potential of IA.

The CWU mouthpieces will be balloting for and voting yes to IA, IMO.
Mr Back will clearly allow this to go ahead if that derisory pay offer is anything to go by. He will have to come up with something better than that.
In the meantime, your investment and mine (now holding 236 shares) is going down the pan.
How much lower could your average be if you had listened to some on here?

My issues is where this derisory offer will lead.
The last agreement has not been adhered to. Why should this one if its accepted?
The company is hell bent on making money to pay dividends to people like you (and me). This continual attempt to make money will drive down the service we provide on a daily basis.
The USO has to be adhered to in its current format.
Not replacing leavers for months on end is already commonplace.
The pension has already been severely eroded.
Pay rises will be thing of the past. (We should be grateful to have a job, right?)
Changing of hours and duty structure on a daily basis.
So just a few things to start with then.

One other thing though: If your 3 RMG employees are working for you within their RMG time, that may be construed as theft of hours. Something that they want to consider if they want to keep their RMG employment. Outdoor actuals! All seeing.
