You have not done due diligence on RMG. Therefore you have not accepted the risk. I think it's called guessing.

One other thing. Every "bet" you strike can end up with 100% loss.

I had that exact conversation today with 2 of my workmates.
They said if they took the larger parcels away we wouldn't have f*** all to do.
My response: You'll just be given extra roads to deliver.
The drivers will be starting later and obviously finishing later.
I still don't know how these new hubs are going to work though.

If Mr Back was the deity that you, and so many others on this board portray him to be, why has the companies share price gone down the pan since he took over?
Apparently, parcels are through the roof. A business that he is more than qualified to deal in.
OFCOM (not CWU) regulations have RMG tied up, I agree. But they did before!
The CWU have always argued a case for job protection and t's & c's.
Absolutely no change. And as for accepting change? Ask any RMG employee. Change has always gone on, been accepted and implemented. The CWU cannot, and do not, argue with modernisation.

So where has it all gone wrong? In less than 2 short years.
