According to internet articles there were 1.5m van sales in the EU in 2024 up by 8.3%, plus circa 350,000 trucks and 50,000 buses

If we are to believe that SEE are the only real player in this market and they are only going to get a handful manufactured a year compared to these figures above I'm guessing there will be pressure from commercial manufacturers to push back the legislation because there isn't the supply around to comply.

Auto OEMs will back this pressure so they can have longer before adding the cost of DMS to their cars and hey presto everything is pushed back another 1-2 years during which SEE will shaft shareholders again with more dilution to get around finance issues caused by things like the Magna deal.

I'll dig this post out in a years time when it happens and the share price is still below 2p and we are still waiting for Gen3 and auto conttacts

So whose to say contracts still won't materialise and therefore breakeven gets pushed back again.

Clearly things still aren't moving as PMG stated early 2025 and I think we would all agree that May is not early 2025

It's all gone quiet on the coca cola front - perhaps they were doing trials and those trials highlighted all the issues with Gen3 PM talked about so they told SEE to jog on as their product development was pants and the product didn't work.

There is no guarantee that this company will deliver and therefore no guarantee the SP will recover

To be fair Baxter the SP did recover from down here to 12p after COVID within less than 9 months.

There is still a chance we can see those levels again if they announce some bloody Gen3 and auto contracts as they keep implying, kpi's pick up as they have predicted as we get closer to Jul26 and someone gets rid of Trump and Putin ao the world can go back to a more normal situation

The SP is going to be down here until they actually deliver and get to cash breakeven. We might actually find IIs jumping in then as PM has stated but I would imagine that will depend on how the world looks at that time.

In October PM implied contracts would be awarded in the first half of calendar year 2025 - looks like his forecasting is going to be out for the millionth time. Guessing Fed are also fed up of this and have lost trust in PM

If SEE don't deliver this then they will definitely be failing as how can they push it back beyond the legislation

If everything goes as PM predicts then by June next year we will still have some debt of some kind from the Magna loan (about 30m) but we will be at the level of 2m cars per QTR generating 10m margin per QTR.
