Hopefully easier to read
I posted the info below on the 21st Dec last year.
Anyone research this company and buy into it?
I think the SP was about 5.7p on the 21st Dec - today it's hit 9p
Only announced 1 bit of news over the last 4 weeks so loads more still to come as highlighted below.
Anyway my tip for 2021 is Seeing Machines (SEE) - they already supply GM with their DMS tech in the Cadillac and it will be rolled out in further models throughout 2021 and beyond.
The F150 is also going to be launched with the SEE tech anytime now.
DYOR research but here are a few reasons why you should look into it;
Merc and BMW will also launch new models in 2021 with SEE tech
They work with multiple tier one suppliers to OEM including Qualcomm, Bosch, continental and Veoneer.
Toyota, VW and Volvo are all working on putting DMS in their cars.
They have signed an MOU with L3 to supply the aviation industry with their tech. Research has shown they are also working with CAE as well.
They have contracts with fleet customers all over the world including National Express here in the UK
They have a contract with Caterpillar
And the clincher is EU leg is in place that states from mid 2022 all new models must have DMS fitted (cars, lorries, vans and trucks), followed by all new cars in 2024.
They have no debt and £60m in cash (£20m of which has just come from a large US II)
DMS is the latest safety device for cars. Some are saying it’s going to be as important as air bags. The difference is DMS prevents accidents and save lives - Air bags help save lives after an accident. Insurance companies are starting to become interested.
Have fun researching, but don’t take long.

Y11, I said I would struggle to, that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t. It all depends on what happens.
If Amapa gets me to breakeven and the reason I invested was because the BOD implied BCN was going to make us rich, am I supposed to feel grateful because they got me my money back?
Whether I complement them or feel grateful depends on whether they deliver what they were suggesting many years ago.
Of course I don’t know what I’m worried about because according to the experts such as Eyeguy this is going to be about £50 so of course I will then compliment them.
ziquarat, neither Jimb2 or eyeguy have a clue about posters on here.
Both insulted me some time ago and categorised me as a deramper within seconds because I had the nerve to criticise the BOD/company and had a different opinion to them.
I've been in for over 5 years and Jimb2 tried to claim that because my first post was only 2 years ago that I must be lying.
Even if Amapa comes off I will still struggle to complement the BOD because of how badly this business has been run for the last 5 years. Eyeguy and Jimb2 have not experienced that so they have a completely different perspectives. The problem they have is that they can't understand why people don't see it their way and might have a grudge against the BOD.
Yes there are derampers, but their arrogance and insults also just winds up genuine LT holders like me. I've actually found myself now taking the p i s s just to try and wind them up - ie. guessing the SP on 31st Dec was going to be 15p - that got me filtered by Jimbob!
Deep down I want the share price to be £1, but unfortunately I was right at the 31st Dec and also had the pleasure of winding jimbob up enough for him to filter me. So at least I got something out of it.
Now for the £1
I think we all wish we had bought more around 20p now, but at that time I was worried about losing what I already had invested rather then ploughing more in.
Buying then would have pulled my average down to around 50p so I am kicking myself, but that’s the way it goes.
As we all had so much fun with the guessing of the SP by 31st Dec, which obviously went very badly for most people who guessed, shall we have another.
What month do people think KDNC will take the 20% share in Amapa (i.e. RNS stating the monies have been realised from escrow and we now own 20%, contracts signed etc..)
Copy and paste the below and add your name next to a month;
Jan21 -
Feb21 -
Mar21 -
Apr21 -
May21 -
Jun21 -
Jul21 -
Aug21 - isb1974 (they needed that £800k from the EMH share sale for a few months of salary I reckon :))
Sep21 -
Oct21 -
Nov21 -
Dec21 -
Never -
I see Eyeguy hasn't ramped KDNC on twitter for a long time and where's Obs?
Things must be bad because the rampers aren't even trying to ramp anymore!
Eric and Masterbaker - keep it up - your comedy is the only thing that keeps me sane with this share (oh as well as winding the rampers up of course). I've no idea of your gender or age, but it's like having Morecombe and Wise on the forum :) or the Two Ronnies.
I suppose the only bit of delight I get from it is that some "know it all", who likes the filter button and classed me as a deramper because I criticised the BOD for the capital raise at 12p, posted this on the 12th Nov. Their post also got 10 likes (probably from all the rampers)
"So isb believes this will be 15p on Dec 31st and whinged on about not selling a while back at 16p - just confirming I made the right decision Filtering him/her."
Perhaps that person should accept other peoples opinion and stop using the filter button on anyone who disagrees with them. Likewise with the circa 10 people who liked that post. It didn't age very well did it!
Having said all that I really do want this Amapa deal to come off so I can get out of this share at somewhere near my breakeven, the only reason I put 15p is just because I don't believe a word that comes out of Kieran's mouth and the performance over the last 6 years. Nothing has given me a reason to believe they are going to pull this off. Not even the RNS saying that everything has been agreed, as until the contracts have been signed nothing has been agreed. Someone else can always come in and pull the rug from under us and the banks won't give it a second thought.
Yes the last 6 mths have shown a growth, but that is due to a lot of new shareholders getting on board due to the hype around Amapa. However, I don't think most of them know the history and realise that Kieran has not delivered on anything. He has even completed failed to hit timescales on Amapa. Yes timescales slip, but more than 12 months is taking the mick.
Remember everyone around Sept19 Kieran was saying that the ore would be shipped in Dec19, that means he was expecting the 20% holding to have been completed by Nov19 at the latest. Was he that naive in how long the negotiations were going to take? He then stated several times it would be Jun20 - why do that? unless of course it is just to ramp the share price along with the constant tweets about iron ore prices and Alan Green interviews.
It's time for him to get this done and no more bull!
If he doesn't and it goes tits up then all those bragging about being in profit will soon find out what it's like to be trapped in a share as the SP will plummet back to 4-5p, unless they get out quick enough of course.
And for those who say, but the directors have bought in so they would lose out. Would they? They have just raised another £800k - that should cover their losses!
Let's see what waffle comes out of the AGM shall we and what questions they actually answer.
No prize MyLastQuid, but I'm now thinking of doing the lottery, given my guesswork seems to be quite good :)

Likewise with seeing2030 if some of these predictions by others come true I’ll be out and retired - that’s all I’m after - I won’t even make 50p
Hence my conservative views as I’ve been investing in shares for 11 years now and never picked a 10 bag so I don’t see my luck changing now.
I think the only way I’ll see 50p is if someone comes in with a very good offer and the SP rockets up to 50p
I also think as it gets higher I’ll be tempted to sell as it will become too much to lose should something go wrong and the SP drops a lot (can’t think why the SP would drop a lot, but then I didn’t think it would last time it got to 12/13p)
Nice problems to mull over though having spent the last two years in a paper loss.
Xmas 2021 is so far away, what about guessing the SP at the end of March as well, then when that comes we can do another by the end of June etc.. until Xmas 2021
That way any newbies coming in will always see the optimism throughout the year as it will be talked about constantly and hopefully they will then buy in?
Plus if it gets anywhere near some of these predictions I’ll never know who wins as I will be long gone before Xmas 2021! :)
Interesting post by Jimb2 as he has mentioned two OEM’s who are going to deliver for another AIM company far quicker than they are for EMH (notice I said EMH rather than KDNC - as our share will be so pitiful in EMH by 2025 it will not worth be bothering about)

Shame all those rampers filtered me as they have missed out on this tip.
Agree with jumpingjack, jimb2 classes anyone as a deramper unless they agree with him.
I got that treatment about 4 months ago when I criticised the last 12p fundraise and suggested Amapa would not be sorted by Xmas.
Then I got it again when a month ago I suggested 15p at the end of the year.
He obviously can’t cope with people who show a bit of realism.
Looks like I’m going to be wrong on the 15p though as this continues to drip down.
If it wasn’t for the directors buying some shares recently I would be getting seriously concerned about this. But not even that gives me huge confidence though as I still don’t fully trust them.
I don’t even trust them to maintain our share in EMH - we will probably find that is less next time there is an RNS about EMH
That last bit makes me think they know they are going to get loads of questions about Amapa so they are making it clear they are not going to answer them - so in other words no news before the 7th at least then.
Should have bailed when I was in a small profit yesterday afternoon.
I hope it doesn't drop back to £1 and this wasn't just a ramp from some presentation
